Delicious ice cream was worth going there customer service went smooth got what we wanted no problem and left didn’t even have to wait and cashier even asked if we want our receipt not like other stores
It's definitely hit-or-miss with employees here, but in the last couple of years, we've mostly had some really helpful and friendly folks. LOVE the chocolate chocolate chip when it's available, and they've been GREAT about making sure we don't run out. There have been a couple of times when they hired some pretty lackadaisical people who have no intention of being helpful, so I'm taking off a star. I know it's hard to get good help, but yowza...
