Hello there! I just want to say their sandwiches here are simply the best. The sandwiches are made to order and worth the wait. The boba drinks are good too. You can ask for sweetness adjustments if you're watching your sugar intake. I personally enjoy the tuna sandwich. Ham and cheese is also bomb. Ask for your ham and cheese croissant warmed up. The cheese just melts in your mouth. If you're in the area, give them a try. You'll enjoy it.
THEY ARE OPEN! Yelp says its "closed" but their hours are Mon-Sunday5am-7pm. Great service! Good TASTY donuts! The aunties there working are super nice and I love their Thai Tea. I would go back. Very generous and giving service here.

I went to Los Angeles for the first time in a while today to visit the LV Trunk museum. Had to make a pit stop for some drinks and stumbled across this mom and pop donut shop. Glad I made the stop they had amazing donut selection and sandwiches too! Customer service was A plus in my book super friendly people.
