Their ordering system sucks! You place your order on a screen and have the option to pay via card or with the cashier, but the cashier has no clue what order belongs to which customer. I know because the my order, after receiving a text message, was handed off to someone else. So in the end, I finally got my order and a free order of fries, because the cashier was like a deer caught by headlights... lost.

Food truck review: food was delicious and portions were a generous size. Ordered the Flamin Fries, 4 sliders combo and flamin elote. The sliders were not small at all! I actually got full with one. The flamin elote was definitely unique but I prefer the flamin fries. They do charge for extra sauce, I wish we got at least 1 extra sauce with our combo order. 10/10

This truck showed up to what's up scv event and my daughter ordered ther single piece combo ($13) and was charged and given a plate ($22). When she let them know it was a mistake they were rude to her and took back the plate and checked it but didn't change her order or her charge amount. She then went to go grab me so I could ask for a refund for the 2nd time because the 1st request wasn't resolved. I accompanied her to sort it out. They rudely grabbed the bag and walked away from the window twice as we were in the middle of explaining the miscommunication. They took the charge instead of allowing me to place my card into their card terminal or POS. I asked how come, and they said the sun was messing with the transactions. So I handed over my card trusting they were going to refund me the difference. No, I was wrong. They charged me for a whole new transaction and mentioned the refund would appear in about 10-15 minutes. Little do they know I have experience with POS and the refund could've been made for the difference and or fully refunded prior to the 2nd charge. It's been 3 days since then (today is Sunday event was Thursday 04/27) and I have yet to see any refund made from that vendor to my account. I have contacted whatsup scv and crossing my fingers they hear me out as a respected community member /business owner. I can only do what I can and will be contacting my bank. Customer service was 0 stars. My daughter enjoyed her food we had been hoping to try them since last year but experiences like this make you not want to give them your business.

This food was amazing first off he gave a sample on a fork to me and my friend to sample the chicken first, he's a really chill guy and makes everything in front of you the service is amazing and they finished preparing everything very quickly so he ambiance is nice and there's a big menu on the wall to show the menu and also a touchpad menu which has a very cool layout i give this place a 5/5 and probably the best customer service i've experienced

This is it chief! The top of the chicken pyramid! These sandwiches are memorable and flavorful! I love how the combo comes with top notch corn. Bunch of pickles to add at your pleasure. I loved the sandwich and every bite I had here. Amazing experience.

The chicken here amazing. I'm completely serious-they could probably start a cult centered around the chicken from this truck is and and they'd have me: hook, line, and sinker. Every time I have a chicken sandwich from this truck it takes so much self-restraint not to go back for a second or even a third-I've seen other people walk away with 3 at a time!! I seriously have to commend the cooks because every item on their menu is great-even their coleslaw! Let me tell you-no chicken spot is that great unless it has some amazing coleslaw-you NEED to try it.Maybe I just exaggerating, but I seriously think this is a great food truck-the portions are great, the food is delicious, and the service is top of the line.

Hands down the best hot chicken in Los Angeles! If you go there you also have to order the Famin' Corn. So unbelievable!

The chicken sandwiches were pretty tasty. Juicy and tender. I ordered "death row" based on my spice tolerance. So far, in my opinion, it didnt kick on the first bite but it will gradually build up heat as you eat. The flaming Fries were also good, but I ordered in "flaming" spice level, in which I can expect less spicy but I didnt feel any heat because of coleslaw and sauce in the way, In which I ordered. Yet, it still pretty good at the end of the day. I would recommend to give it a try.

Great food, large portions. Everything we tasted was so delicious, could not get enough 12/10 highly recommend. Ice cream is better than milk bar cereal milk! All of it a must try.

We tried this place via their food truck outside our hotel while visiting LA and it was open late at night as well. While it first felt a bit pricey just for sliders, the portions were quite large and the sliders were more like actual chicken sandwiches. Each order could easily serve two people at least. The hot chicken sliders were spicy and packed with the flavor of the flaming sauce. We enjoyed the sides as well. So glad we ran into the food truck and hopefully next time I'm in the area, I can try out the place too!

Staff at this place ate super cool, the gentleman that took my call and made my food was very friendly. I didn't come for the friendly service tho, I came for the hot chicken. I actually really liked that they use shoestring fries, that's different and I do like them. Still, I came for the chicken. First thing I noticed when I open my box was that the tenders are considerably smaller than most any hot chicken place you go. For the price you would expect more, $9.99 for three tenders. I always try medium anytime I try a place for the first time, this wasn't hot at all and didn't have the red that is customary for a piece of hot chicken. It was more like a plain tender, but had quite a bit of salt. The sauce was pretty good but wasn't enough to make the chicken worth the trip.

The sauce was good. The items were a bit over priced in my opinion and food was hella salty. Also the combos didn't come with a drink, for 15.99 that's kind of ridiculous. There is no parking so we had to park on the side of the road with cars whizzing by and it's basically a food stand outside of the building with no where to sit.

All I can say is delicious! I ordered the Flamin' Fries (without the pickles and coleslaw), and it was perfect. The chicken was perfectly cooked, seasoned and as juicy as it gets. The fries were perfectly cooked and crispy as well. Staff were very friendly. Glad they came by my work today-can't wait to have them visit again!
