I came here to try the pastries since I heard that they were comparable to those at Porto's. Usually, I only order the guava and cheese rolls at Porto's so I figured I'd try the ones here since they are also the popular ones. Great bakery that is somewhat hidden on San Gabriel Blvd. Prices are reasonable and pastries are fresh. I've been coming here every once in a while since the pandemic and I've always had a positive experience. It's convenient if you're going to or from the Rosemead Walmart. Their assorted Mexican breads and tamales are excellent. They also have some pastries that are similar to those sold at Porto's (ie. Guava cheese pastry and cheese roll). The pastries here are amazing. So fresh and so good. There's usually a lot of people going in and out throughout the day where they are busy. Parking is trash but manageable. The cheese and guava pastry is one of the best ones yet. You can definitely taste how homemade it is!!
