The best advice if you have to come to this Pizza Hut location is to come during the daytime. This is due to the homeless people hanging around the plaza and at night time, they'll likely be right at the entrance door of this Pizza Hut. I feel bad for the employees here but what can you do. My wife wanted her small personalize pepperoni and mushroom Pizza so I placed the order for her over the phone. It's not actually a person from the store that you talk to but someone else I think at a call center or something. They also charge a fee if you do this so be aware. I ordered the Cajun fries here since I saw they have fries now. It's not cheap and not that good but I thought it was okay. Parking here can also be limited especially during the daytime.Parking: There are limited parking spots hereKid-friendliness: This place can be kid friendly but at night time there are homeless people in the plaza and sometimes right at the door where Pizza Hut is.Wheelchair accessibility: This place is wheelchair accessible

Put in a online order for that came out to 138 and change . And they called me and said I have to pay with card I was like I don't have the money on my card I have it in cash. Person on the phone was like then we can't deliver your oder if you don't pay with a card I said my car is in the shop other wise I'd put it on my card but I have the money she said then put in another order and buy less I said why would I put in 2 separate orders she was like there nothing she can do and cancelled my order.... I guess this pizza hut doesn't want my cash .

I have gone to this location many times while residing down the street on Van Nuys to ensure that when I get my order I can get it home while somewhat still hot. The female manager has been a problem here. VERY RUDE. One visit she didn’t give me back proper change and claimed she did. That it was so inappropriate I don’t know how she still has her job. The pizza is ALWAYS burnt looking. The very last time I came in here the guy that was in charge was very kind and had people/food business savvy. He was showing sry brand new female employee how to work the system on placing orders and was very patient. That was a very new atmosphere to walk into. I also believe the last time I went in, another set of employees seemed new and were also nice. People don’t wanna order food when employees have major attitude and seemingly DO NOT like their positions given to them for Pizza Huts outtake responsibility. They do take the EBT card for people who have hot meals on their cards. No one should ever be “embarrassed” by ever using this card. Food is a daily ritual we should never be ashamed of eating. Soda are extremely expensive here. There are other options around this location that are not so expensive. Delivery is also very expensive for the area that this Pizza Hut is in. The location always seems clean inside. Outside there are few homeless people but they are NEVER a bother. I’ve just had issues on more than 3 occasions with a Latina female manager who is truly a nightmare to deal with. I really hope they gave her the boot because if they didn’t they have or will lose a LOT of business due to her poor people skills and not knowing how to be business savvy.Vegetarian options: Cheese pizza. Cheese bread. Veggie pizza. Meatless pasta dishes. NO CALZONES. They have this VERY HARD calzone like pizza turned inside out option and it’s very gross and super hard.
