The staff at night are polite ,helpful and friendly I been Starbucks customer for 23 years and it’s disappointing that a expensive coffee can’t be service with respect with out arguing when I ask for extra milk for mi nitro cold brew and pike but here they also help me out with my mistake when I order my latte large but I want it vent with out question, I recommend this location at night I was here at 10 pmParking: It’s beside the gas station but on the back plenty of parking

A Day with Erl

I ordered Stawberry Acai and Caramel Frappuccino at this location on a Saturday afternoon and went inside to pick up my drink. There was no line and just me pickin up online order and the batista didn't even say a word. I checked the name on the drink because it doesn't look like a Frappuccino at all. I asked the barista if it's a Frappe because the lid she put is for a liquid drink. I said, how am I going to put the straw in here? She just said one sec. and did not apologized at all. When I said can you put a whipped cream pls? She said we don't have a whip cream and didn't said unfortunately... but didn't apologize and just straight place. It's only 3pm and this store has no whip cream in a sunny day? I got charged for am extra strawberry for my others drink and it looks like just a standard order. What the he'll is wrong in this store? Not recommendable at all.

I work on the road and stopped at the Starbucks today in between my destinations to take a video conference call for work. I was appalled that they have no working outlets at this location, even though the Google site says that they have five. I was left completely stranded, and my computer died in the middle of my call. Given that Starbucks is usually my go-to place to take calls on the road, I thought this was absolutely ridiculous to have no outlets available for their customers. Not to mention, the barista was extremely rude and inconsiderate to the predicament I was in because of stumbling into the wrong starbucks. Will never go here again.

I'm done coming here after staff didn't close the coffee lid properly and when they handed me my drink it spilled all over me and the car. Always something with the people working there from not getting the order right to having to wait 10min for a simple coffee. Like how incompetent is the staff there? Lobby/sitting area is always filthy from the floors to the tables being sticky and just overall mess. They can't bother themselves to at least wipe the drink counter which was disgusting every time I'm there. Get it together.

Lobby closes way too early. Purchased a drink only to be told 2 minutes later the lobby closes at 7pm.

Went to pick up a mobile order in which I instantly regretted it as soon as I walked in. My drink looked like sewage water, the employees didn’t even acknowledge me and looked like they were miserable to even be alive save your money and go to a different location
