After picking up my mobile order that was ready I waited about 5 minutes to ask for a water. No one acknowledged me because they seemed to be busy which is fine so I decided to wait in line to ask. When it was my turn to order I asked Diana for a water and she rolled her eyes and began to make it. I try to avoid this Starbucks if I am going to go in because the parking is disaterous! It mixes directly with the drive thru lane and is always a struggle getting in, out, having to try to avoid slamming into cars in the drive thru --- it's rough. That being said, if you are just using the drive-thru, you'll be fine. Tons of seating inside though if you do decide to chill here!The staff is excellent here.
