I fought all kinds of traffic to get over here at about 530 and they told me there was a 50 minute wait for food. FIVE ZERO.. FIFTY! MINUTES! Ain't no way smh. It's already bad that this place is sketchy as I don't know what in the first place. But there is no way on earth im waiting 50 minutes for food. From Wingstop? No.

Make sure to double check your order cause they don’t give you your full order and if they did miss an order they ask you for the receipt and the food that you already received, the manager was not very compliant instead of trying to help us with our missing order they made us wait for more than 30 minutes only for them to tell us the same thing over and over again. They wasted our time and made us wait when they should’ve told us beforehand that their policy can’t be changed.

We ordered from postmate and after 2 hours still no food. Contacted wingstop and they said it might take another hour. I canceled my order through postmate, but postmate stated in order to refund they must confirm with wingstop. After they contacted wingstop, they were told that my order was ready and picked up. Long story short.. postmate refused to refund and the driver took the food since it was canceled. Postmate service sucks and wingstop at this location is even worse.

The store is a mess. The soda machine was gross and overflowing ice, the condiment table was a mess, napkins and utensils everywhere. Looks like a bunch of kids work here and it shows.

General manager Stephanie was just as rude and unprofessional as her assistant managers. 1/2 of my wing order was unseasoned like they just fried the wings and didn’t sauce them. When I called to complain I was told that I should have saved the wings and there is nothing she can do for me. I will never come back to this location and discourage others to spend their money elsewhere. Management need a course in customer service

Incompetence! I placed an online order back a couple months ago and waited 2 HOURS for my order to be ready. 2 HOURS!! 2 HOURS!!! I asked to speak to the manager who was conveniently unavailable. When I got home I reviewed my order and noticed that I was missing an item. I called the next day and the manager was again unavailable. I called back again the day after that and the manager graciously offered a $5 gift card. Five dollars for my wasted time. What. A. Joke. I escalated the matter to corporate who offered a generic apology along with a $30 gift card to make up for the unpleasant experience. 2 ½ months later and nothing has been addressed or received. I reluctantly returned this evening and waited yet again. My online order gave me an 18 minute pick up ETA and I showed up at 30 minutes just to be safe. Guess what? Yep, you guessed it. I had to wait again. I waited until the cashier rang up 5 orders and addressed a complaint as I watched my order sitting on the rack getting colder by the minute. There was no attempt to look at the online pick up line despite me politely yelling "excuse me." My order was made and PAID for already, but I had to wait because the workers are incompetent. I finally receive my order and proceed to grab a drink from their soda fountain and guess what? Yep, there was no ice in the ICE machine. Good guess. Fine. I proceed to serve myself a refreshing room temperature drink and to my disbelief they are out of my drink of choice. Ok, I just want to get anything at this point and get on my way,but my second choice was just as unlucky as my first. The second option was unavailable as well. So not only can this store not figure out how to get orders out on time, they also cannot prioritize paying customers nor keep their soda fountain properly maintained. If you are looking for disappointment and feel like experiencing the definition of incompetence first hand come to this location. I won't keep you in suspense any longer, for those of you that have been holding your breath till this point, my food was cold.

One of the worst WingStop experiences ever. Placed an order with an eta of 45 minutes. I have been here an hour and a half and have yet to see my food. I've watched people place orders after me and get their food before mine. I only ordered 20 wings so I don't understand the wait. I've asked for updates multiples times, they kept telling me 25 minute wait 3 times. Terrible service, all they did was laugh and tell me sorry the chicken is frozen. That I had to wait for them to thaw. Absolutely the worst WingStop in the valley. Don't waste your time.
