I used to work at a location that serves Brazuka Coffee and because of the connection I was able to buy several pounds for myself directly from the company. It truly is some of the best coffee I have ever had! (I'm a little bit of a snob when I can afford it) It is all organic and organically processed but it's no less expensive than a pound of Starbucks coffee.... which tastes good but it's production is incredibly questionable. This little family-owned business is producing GREAT coffee. The owner, Gregg Butler, roasts in small batches and loves to try new blends. I find the French Roast and Costa Rican especially yummy -- smooth and "round" and comforting. As a matter of fact, last December I went to my favorite coffee spot (the brown logo one) and got my annual Holiday Blend, brought it home, but found myself disappointed -- I assumed it was my taste buds. Great coffee beans, roasted fresh and locally. Knowing the family behind Brazuka, they're passionate about coffee and terrific people. I do highly recommend everyone give Brazuka a try! I know it's available at Whole Foods in Thousand Oaks, or direct from their website.
