This Jersey Mikes just can’t get it right. 8 times out of 10 my order is made incorrectly including tonight. Wrong bread wrong protein missing the avocado and the chipotle mayo. Not sure why this location struggles so much with order accuracy but today was my last time going here.

Employees are happy, singing while cleaning tables and prep area!! ALWAYS cleaning during my 25 min stay. Chn phillywas the bomb. Thank you employees!!!

While it's really good I have to agree with some reviews that it's slow, sometimes really slow. Better than Jimmy John's or Subway but not cheap.Call it 3.5 stars.

Chef of the night was rude, dismissive. I asked why and he just walked away. Then he told me it was because I made my bread choice after he had started slicing white, I requested wheat. I asked him if he was okay, he just blew me off. It seemed to affect the crew who then treated me rudely. He slowly walked to the back out of view. I ate half my sandwich at home then got EXPLOSIVE DIARRHEA! Ate the other half later that nite, again EXPLOSIVE DIARRHEA. Sandwich is suspicious. Probably not the first time this crew did this. NEVER GOING BACK! He did not ask my bread choice before he sliced white, not my bad. He said it is because he works too fast?!Clearly in the wrong line of work. Occurred at 5pm November 4, 2023 at the Victoria Avenue Ventura location. They acted like a gang

This place is always busy and people get impatient but they are working hard. They are very polite and I never have any issues with my sandwiches.

First, I'm not upset w/ the staff. I'm sure they're doing their best to collect a check. Keep collecting that paycheck you guys. I completely understand bc I worked at a fast food joint many years ago. However, I'm convinced that this franchisee loves with all their heart and soul to lose out on future business. I will not go into the details about my experience bc it's pointless. It's pointless bc it's clear this franchisee does not care since the countless negative experience reviews continue and are not being addressed. I'm certain that the staff notices the poor leadership with this franchisee and also take a careless approach. It's starts at the top. To the franchisee (JM West Inc.), please know that the lack of commitment to your own establishment(s) will forever mess with your money. I think I read you've been a franchisee for 18 years. How is that possible? Hahahaha Btw, no need to respond since we all know things will remain the same. I say this bc I went through your reviews and I'll let you be the judge. Merry Christmas!

They have delicious food time you don't have to wait too long sometimes it's nice and clean in there so stop by at Jersey delicious

What an absolute disappointment! What is even worse is that I am reading the same bad experiences others have had, which means Jersey Mike's has some serious work to do. This was the first time going to this Ventura location. I have had no issues at any other locations. After making unnecessary obnoxious comments, the male employee who claimed to be the Shift Leader refused to give me his name because "he didn't know what I would do with it". You mean other than complain to the store manager???I don't need to get into the details of bad customer service because I can save it for my true complaint. But this guy was rude all around and the look on his face showed he could care less about his service, his job, and people in general. You can't have a bad day everyday kid. Move on to something simpler if your happiness threshold relies on how you take sandwich orders.Send me that email Jersey Mike's. I'll be happy to share how I really feel and details of my true experience.

I can honestly say I love jersey mikes, I hate leaving bad reviews but as a person who works customer service , and who trains people for customer service , this location lacks that , the past two times I've had issues with this location and the male employees that work here, today was the reason for my review , one of the employees sees I'm waiting to pick up a mobile order , another customer skips ahead of me gets his mobile order , I asked the employee nicely, hey can I get my mobile order , he looked at me like I was inconveniencing , meanwhile seeing me stand there , he rolled his eyes asked for my name and abruptly put the bag down with an attitude. It was overall an uncomfortable experience, considering it should be easy for someone to ask someone hey how can I help you? I understand it's busy but that isn't a way to treat someone who is a paying customer.

Inexperienced employees with malfunctioning chip reader so manual entry by customer expected . Young manager with bandaged finger and yawning employees slow to glove for hygiene . Problem not food as typical Jersey Mike's with inferior franchisee

Our giant #7 was delicious. Ordered on line and our sandwich was not ready. Need to have more staff at lunch time. Always a wait at this location. Place was clean and staff was nice.

Don't order mobile from this location. You are last priority when they get busy. They will make all sandwiches that order in-person ahead of you and then act like they don't know what you are talking about when you ask kindly about the timing. Waited up to 30 minutes for two cold sandwiches while 10 customers ordered in person and were given immediate priority and sandwiches made in 2-3 minutes. This isn't the first time at this location either. Go to the one on Telegraph instead. Much better at servicing customers in the correct order.

The ladies working today were awesome. Professional, addressed me as soon as I entered, and provided great customer service that truly was a sub above. I'm always super busy and and in a hurry and Lindsey and Ivy provided me with great service, great food prepared just the way I asked and were friendly and inviting. Although I'm busy, I'm never too busy to note great service when I receive it! Kudos to Jersey Mikes Ventura for hiring these two superstars!!
