"Visited Noah’s Bagels in Ventura this morning and had a mixed experience. The location, situated in the same shopping center as the 99 Cents store and Harbor Freight Tools, has limited parking, with some spots on the smaller side. The bagel shop itself is on the smaller side, with a walk-up counter to order bagels and drinks. After placing our order, there was minimal interaction with the staff as they seemed preoccupied amongst themselves. While the jalapeño cheese bagel was tasty, the toppings were disappointingly lacking in substance. The schmear lox and tomatoes were minimal, leaving much to be desired. In the past, I've enjoyed other bagels here, particularly the everything bagel, which my mom loves.Seating is limited, and the tile floors and walls make for a loud and echoey atmosphere, making it difficult to have a conversation.Despite the mixed experience, Noah’s Bagels remains one of the limited bagel options in Ventura. I may return in the future for bagels and schmear separately, but not for a meal. Overall, an average experience.

Ordered a sandwich and large caramel latte. Sandwich came out quick, but when my coffee was done, I noticed it was a small iced cold brew, nothing close to what I ordered. When I said what I actually ordered, the girl who took my order said “no, you said cold brew”. When I was ordering originally, she was also training someone behind her and kept having me wait so she could walk her through something. Apparently she wasn’t paying attention to my order.Instead of owning her mistake, remaking what I ordered, and got me on my way, she told me that what I wanted was $5.95. I was surprised that she wanted me to pay full price for what I wanted on top of a drink I didn’t want. The drink should have been covered.“Ok, can you please credit the cost of what I got?” After a minute of figuring out how to fix it, she got her manager, and then remade my drink. I had to pay an additional $2 for her mistake and as someone who has a decade of customer service experience, she has a lot to learn.

Excellent bagels with a wide variety of food items and drinks . They have self-service pump coffee that's pretty good. My favorite local place for Blueberry bagels!-Fuse

Food is generally OK if it's just off type shelf products you want. Ie plain bagels, cream cheese or juice. Their service however is consistently a massive fail. There is no double check when bagging your order so every time we go to the counter when our name is called we have to figure out what item they forgot. Moreover their quick food prep apparently doesn't involve actually heating the food so that two sandwiches immediately consumed after leaving the counter were honestly cold in parts. It was as if they had pulled cold preprepped fried egg and cold ham and put it on a bagel. Getting back in line to get it replaced was more of pain as they have no clear queue now and it's a free for all at the register.

I'm in agreement with most people on the reviews. The food is great! The coffee isn't the best but it's not bad. The service ... is horrible. I would say 9 times out of 10, your online order through the app will either be wrong or they will completely miss your order. If you go there in person during peak hours, expect to wait just as long as your online order. If you want a good Bagel and Coffee, you have to get up early and be there when most people are asleep.

The bagles are ok. They benefit from a lack of competition in the area. But the service... OMG... is awful. Waited 15 minutes in line until they decided someone should address the customers. I was informed that there was no manager on site and there was no one to open a second register, although there were six employees behind the counter. This is not the first time I've encountered incompetent customer service at this location. The workers don't seem to have been trained appropriately and they would rather manage phone/on line orders than address the customers in the store. This place needs new management.

Want to wait an hour for a delicious bagel when your literally the only customer yet their is over 6 employees plus the owner on site? Well your in for a treat.

Normal bagel stop with the family, ordering the normal dishes…bagel sandwiches, bagels with cream cheese and butter. Only problem is there was no butter available for the bagels. Are you kidding me, a bagel shop runs out of butter?? Ridiculous to run out, and worse to be okay with that (and there was a grocery store next door. Finally, the bagels were below average.

Customer service was just horrible when I had to ask for items/utensils that come when ordering a dozen. Female that helped me just had a blank stare the whole time and was bothered when I had to ask for more items. Never had an issue at this location til now.

Stars * 2023-09-18I love me some bagels. I usually love Noah's Bagels. this review is not about the quality of the bagels, but about the service. I ordered using door dashand the delivery guy was great- he clearly didn't look through the bagels as he would have seen a problem. What I ordered was a bakers dozen box which was to come with 3 plain, 2 cinnamon raisin, 2 chocolate chip, 2 blueberry, 2 sesame, and 2 Asiago. When ordering online you cannot make adjustments to the box. I then ordered 4 additional plain bagels. What I got was a box that looks like one of every regular bagel, - only one plain, and a bag with only one plain, and then another mishmosh of bagels we won't eat- 2 everything, 2 pumpernickel, 1 salt, 1 pretzel, and several others I can't identify. The only thing right was the 2 schmeers, the hashbrowns, and the delivery guy who delivered on time. I am extremely disappointed that i paid so much for in essence 5 bagels.
