“The service was horrible, I was there on a Friday afternoon.. and the mall was empty. My daughter went into a store so I ran over to get the mini hotdog pretzels, and one pretzel with jalapeño and pepperoni, and 2 sides of cream cheese... when she rung my order up I thought it sounded more expensive than it should have been but you trust these people and there was nobody really at the mall so there shouldn't be any problems. I should have known there was an issue because before she handed me receipt she looked it over then gave it to me... I just wanted to get back to my daughter. Later when I got home, I looked at the receipt and I was charge double for the pepperoni and jalapeño pretzel... I was pissed because this has happened to me twice at the same store... just those two visits, they took an extra $12.00 dollars from me.. I gave you a chance to redeem yourself and you FAILED big time“
