The best coffee in Ventura! Everything here is FANTASTIC— from the matcha latte (with house made vanilla syrup) to their cold brew to their lattes to the baked goods (vegan and gluten free options)… you can’t go wrong!! This is the best coffee I've had in Ventura, and I before Prospect that wouldn't be much of a compliment for the area- but they've really improved the quality of coffee for Ventura. Other places have higher ratings, but a much lower tier of quality. The Lattes aren't super-sweet which I love.

If you are looking for a great expresso (or any other tasty cofee based beverage), do not miss Prospect! The blend they served is delicate and well balanced. Add one of their pastries, and then you have the perfect breakfast. I advise you to sit outside to enjoy the sun (inside it can be noisy).
