Very unorganized, over crowded, they lost my reservation and made me wait until everyone was seated before they could find me a place to sit. By the time I was able to go to the buffet to eat, the food was cold, they ran out of knives, and dessert. They charged a 20% service fee without even giving advance notice. There were no servers, not even to serve water. $69- for a regular seat, $99- for VIP plus 20% service fee. Such a rip off!!! . I would highly recommend no one go to this establishment.

Ventura Beach club is one of our not so many go to's....i love love that it has the potential for 2 soundstages outdoor/indoor options for both entertainment and cocktails.... Ventura Beach club is spacey enough to have all kinds of different events from a small quince to a large wedding to even a small concert....

Went to DJ Atre's event Saturday and he absolutely crushed it along with the other DJ. I would give this event 5 starts because there were two girl bartenders (the shorter one I think with black hair) was super nice while the taller one with brown hair was absolutely awful and totally did not care about giving good service. She made us feel bad for ordering a lemon drop saying "it's one of the most annoying drinks to make." She was rude, in a mood, and overall almost ruined the night for us. Will be coming back but definitely not excited to interact with that bartender again.

Bouncers told us at capacity then they proceeded to literally let 30 of their friends in through the side gate said it's cause they had bottle service we asked if we can get bottle service so we can get in and they laughed at us and ignored us super unprofessional the bartenders are trash , business is ran by a bunch of kids , wouldn't surprise me If this bar closes down no wonder tavern is taking all of their business this bar is pathetic , they took half the dance floor away for 6 different VIP sections when nobody really gives a s***

Absolutely trash, they think they are some top of the line club from LA, OC, SD. But it's some bottom of the barrel club/venue. The owner doesn't give a crap about customer satisfaction, as I have talked to the inconsiderate person. Nothing but disrespect and will spread the word to the rest of locals of contempt this person has fornits customers.

We drove 1 hour away to visit the cinco de Mayo event. Waited in line for two hours for the security to completely ignore us the entire night. Spoke to their manager who was completely rude and did not say one word to say and walked away in front of my face. This place is complete trash. I hope no one comes here ever again.

Owners and managers are completely unprofessional and will give away your venue before your time is up, Also (allegedly) saw a bunch of kids storm in at the end of the night being served alcohol and did not see any ID's being checked.
