Their cookies are always on pointCustomer service is sort of like a hybrid. You use the easy self service computer and pay for it and then in mere moments the caring Crumble cookie agents will present your cookies (1 per box) to you. Their ambiance has a cool, comfortable, peaceful, quiet vibe. They know you have places to go so lol there's no tables nor chairs. I can't say more because I need to finish enjoying my chocolate chip piece of Heaven cookie. TaTa for now!!

I don't like their cookies. I still prefer Costco large chocolate chip cookies after I toast them in my microwave oven. However, they have good customer service and their packaging is cute. They are also very clean! I love white walls in bakeries, which is why I am giving them four stars.

This is the second time I purchased cookies from this place. I have to say the cookies they make are very good and original, true to the flavor. My first cookie was a butterscotch and my second one was chocolate cream pie. Everyday they make different cookies. Is it worth the price? I guess for a special occasion or gifts.
