I am so upset! We used to have a Famous Dave’s in Lancaster where I live so I wanted it for the holidays. This one was so bad! The food was not good! They also gave us hamburger buns instead of corn muffins that we asked for and tried to make excuses for it. When they finally knew it was their mistake they didn’t even apologize.So we had to take the buns back only to get in exchange for them half cooked corn muffins. Unfortunately the brand did not survive the hype that it used to have. What was once a really good barbecue place is now slightly mediocre. The meats are overcooked, some of the side dishes taste like they've been under warmers for hours, and it takes too long to get your food. If you are brave enough, try the wilbur's revenge wing challenge. Very few people can survive it.

I enjoyed my first visit. Came back again to get food again the only downside is the brisket, the taste is bad I don't Recommend it stick with the wings and ribs the Mac cheese wasn't good at all, The Customer service was very slow There should always be someone at the front when people arrived in the door they shouldn't have to wait when the staff is looking right at them.
