Came back again to get food again the only downside is the brisket, the taste is bad I don't Recommend it stick with the wings and ribs the Mac cheese wasn't good at all, The Customer service was very slow There should always be someone at the front when people arrived in the door they shouldn't have to wait when the staff is looking right at them.

I am so upset! We used to have a Famous Dave’s in Lancaster where I live so I wanted it for the holidays. This one was so bad! The food was not good! They also gave us hamburger buns instead of corn muffins that we asked for and tried to make excuses for it. When they finally knew it was their mistake they didn’t even apologize.So we had to take the buns back only to get in exchange for them half cooked corn muffins. I suppose because they were trying to make them quick before we got there. What a disappointment. Glad our family time was so good it didn’t bother us that much.

If I could give a ZERO that's what they deserve! They ALL need to be retrained. They serve your beverage touching their dirty hands on the rim of the glass. Serve uncooked food and undercooked food that is not up to the proper temperature. Dirty dishes. Food is still on the silverware and on plates that you have to send back. He has the bus boy walking around eating in front of everyone. The manager Aaron treats a business like it's a social club. Don't care about the customers and just act too friendly with the employees as if it's okay. No type of management skills. I do not recommend this place if you don't want to end up with food poisoning. Stay away.

Absolutely not!!! This place is hidden inside Johnny Corino's. Not sure how this makes any sense. I've hade famous Dave's before which made me try this one. The food was terrible this time. Could be just a location thing. We ordered to go but the food was ice cold by the time we made it home.. which shouldn't have been because we only had to drive 10 minutes to get there. So either the food was not fresh or had been sitting for a very long time. I was told 20 minutes for my order and I left 10 minutes after the call. So for the temperature to be refrigerator cold and not at least warm was a bummer. I can say at bare minimum the hostess was nice. She was surprised too about the location as she only learned about it when she got hired.. Maybe the food is different when you dine in... sadly I wasted a lot of money to have thrown it in the trash.. they should just pick a place - Johnny Corino's or Famous Dave's.. I think it's ruining the productivity..

Worst service in the world and they don't even acknowledge there own promotions, menu selectios or patrons for that matter. Just serve Italian food and close the famous Dave's. Unfortunately the brand did not survive the hype that it used to have. What was once a really good barbecue place is now slightly mediocre. The meats are overcooked, some of the side dishes taste like they've been under warmers for hours, and it takes too long to get your food. If you are brave enough, try the wilbur's revenge wing challenge. Very few people can survive it.
