Man, I hate this subway!!! They should be shut down... This location make's subway look terrible.. people aren't lying when they say that they never have anything because every time I've gone in over a span of two years that I've lived in Victorville they have literally been out of everything.. I have walked out every time.. I am seriously amazed they are still open when they lose customers every day and they lose money...

It is a very rare sight when they have everything available such as meats and veggies for your sandwiches. I went there today and they only had the choice of white bread. There was no beef of any kind and only three veggies. I only go to the store because it's close to where I live but the manager needs to get a better grip on the ordering issue that she always blames her lack of items on.

I asked for a cup of water because it was so hot I felt like I was going to pass out. The man helping me did care and told me the machine was broken when I saw multiple people go get drinks. Bad service, water should be available at any restaurant.

Nice clean location but as soon as you speak with employees they are rude, short, and make you feel as if they are doing you a favor. The food was good but couldnt get what I wanted because they didnt have anything. Can you believe they dont even have cups for water?! Its insane, wont be coming here ever again.

Order a number 12 bread was so soft and potions were good. Went in at 11am both girls making sandwiches were very nice.
Man, so getting a sandwich here is like forest gump said, "you never know what you gonna get". Walk in and don't even get greeted, staff are full of attitude, smart a*** eye rolling, and no customer service skills! I think one of the Hispanic darker ladies is a manager and she must be the leader of the clan! Put on your fight face when you walk in and crap talking mind! Always out of breads, lettuce looks like my old ancestors picked it in the fields 30 years ago AINT no eating fresh here! To the one employee that's cool, thin tall light complexion girl, keep your head on straight and don't follow the clowns lead in there! Until next review, BLESS UP!

What an absolute joke of a business! Iv been here 4 time now and every time they don't have over half of the items on the menu. How hard is it to stock what you need. This isn't a occasional thing they constantly run out of bread, meat, veggies, soups, dressings on a daily basis it's pretty sad management is so poor. Why even open the doors if you can't even stock what's on the menu and serve a paying customer what you advertise you have! It's pretty pathetic.

I rated it 3 stars because my sandwiches were not made the way I ordered it online. The employee who made my sandwiches was apologetic when I mentioned that all the sandwiches were suppose to be toasted. I was given options, but I didn't want to waste the food so I took it home. I open up the sandwich and unfortunately, even though the worker was new, all four sandwiches were not even made correct anyways. I didn't even want drive back at this point because I waited 30 mins for the app to tell me order was ready for pick up and another 15 because my order was not even ready when I got there.

The times I’ve tried going here in a crunch at my lunch break they’re constantly out of key ingredients, are always out of any particular type of bread, and don’t carry any chips at all half the time you go. Going is a waste of time.
