“We hav been trying 2 hav 1 of each of the Paletas since so unique and creative. Huge selection. Artwork desserts & so far the Strawberry 🍓 Creme Fresh is fav flavor and fresh fruit can be seen in that style. Kiwi 🥝 Paleta looked so cool...thin slices and all kinds of emerald or lite tones. Can actually See-thru several with bold colors & see the fruit designs.

Enjoyed the juices and paletas a lot this week durN heatwave....& now even w/ the lite rain. Warm bold flavor like Sopes hit the spot. Biggest variety ever seen. Our Nieces luvd all the choices. The soups actually helped cool us down 2. Great trick! The horchata is incredibly fresh & has quality flavor no matter the temp.

They’ve gotten to know me by now and often remember my order, which really makes it feel like a local spot. “A bit of a long wait but awesome atmosphere, themed drinks and bits of food and dessert! The chicken katsu and mushroom lettuce wrap were amazing, the spectacle of the Serpents Grasp was awesome! You can definitely taste the alcohol (in a good way). Our server, Jordan was not only very charismatic but very knowledgeable, attentive, and accommodating to us and our dietary and allergy restrictions! Definitely looking forward to coming back!”

“We’ve been here four times now, which is probably the best compliment I can give. When Mo Ran Gak is at its best, it’s one of my favorite Korean restaurants in Southern California. When it’s off, the inconsistency keeps it from being a five star experience.

The first visit was outstanding. The galbi was perfectly seasoned, not overly sweet, not overly salty, with great caramelization and tenderness. The naengmyeon was exactly what you hope for. Icy cold with crunchy ice still floating in the broth, crisp vegetables and incredibly refreshing.

The second visit was a completely different experience. The galbi was noticeably drier and under seasoned and the naengmyeon arrived only slightly cold. The ice had already melted, which takes away one of the best parts of great naengmyeon. The slices of beef that come with the noodles have also been consistently dry. That may be traditional, but it’s never been the highlight of the dish.

The service is probably the weakest part of the restaurant. Nobody has ever been outright rude, but it’s difficult to get someone’s attention and the staff generally feels indifferent. You can tell they’re busy, but hospitality often feels like an afterthought. I’d probably rate the service around a 3 out of 5.

The restaurant itself is older but clean, with a comfortable atmosphere and moderate noise. Parking can be frustrating and there’s usually a wait, but that’s expected for a popular spot.

One thing I really enjoy is the complimentary crispy pancake they bring out. Honestly, I’d happily eat an entire plate of it. The banchan are solid overall, though fairly average.

Despite the inconsistency, I still think this is some of the best naengmyeon and especially bibim naengmyeon you’ll find in the Los Angeles area. That’s why we keep coming back. I just hope they can deliver the same level of quality every visit because when they do, it’s genuinely excellent.”

“Had an amazing experience at Haidilao! The food was fresh, high quality, and there was a great variety of meats, seafood, and vegetables to choose from. The broth was flavorful, and everything came out quickly.

“Açaí Republic is a great shop for anyone passing by or looking to work in a quiet spot. The smoothies are exceptionally great and although it is sometimes hard to request reliving an item, it makes up for it in customer friendliness. Great shop!”

“Pho here is great with good beef selection. Little more pricy vit you'll get good cut of beef. Specially rare. Only down side is when order to g, they are skimpy on the meet side even though I ordered size large . And it did comes with any dip sauce.”
