Enjoyed the juices and paletas a lot this week cuz of temps of August 2025. Biggest variety ever seen. Nieces luvd all the choices. The soups actually helped cool us down 2. Great trick! The horchata is incredibly fresh & has quality flavor no matter the temp.

They’ve gotten to know me by now and often remember my order, which really makes it feel like a local spot. “Absolutely loved this place, only reason I hadn't rated the food was because I showed up too late to get any [totally my fault]! Definitely get there with some time to spare and make a reservation. Very nondescript looking building outside, but youre instantly transported upon walking inside into a tropical oasis. Beautiful decor, stiff drinks, fantastic service and genuinely fun and entertaining atmosphere. I regret not spending more time here but had been at Disneyland all day. Fun fact, they often collaborate with Disney legends Kevin and Jody to create really intricate/cool looking tiki mugs if you're into collecting that sort of thing. This place has a little something for everyone. I will be making a pit stop here any time I'm back in the area for certain!”

“This was my first time visiting Galpão Gaucho, and I came with my aunt and my newborn baby. The service was truly excellent. The staff thoughtfully arranged a window-side table for us so we could comfortably park the stroller without blocking the servers who were bringing food around.
The steaks were very fresh. One of my favorites was the golden picanha, sliced thin right in front of us and grilled on a charred wood block over charcoal. The flavor was amazing.
There was also a wide selection of salads and cold dishes, along with several hot food stations, so there was plenty to choose from.
Overall, the service was outstanding. Every staff member we encountered was kind and smiling. You can really feel that the company culture here is built on warmth, hospitality, and mutual respect.
We will definitely come back again. This is truly a five-star restaurant. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

“The Duck Confit Spliff is a great representation of the Vietnamese & French cultures “wrapped” up all in one dish. And for a more traditional & fun way to eat it, you definitely have to use your hands. My only wish was for a little more duck in the spliff.

With the Ebelskivers, the concept was again brilliant. The garlic emulsion creates an intense garlic flavor but in a light and airy way. But like takoyaki, I wish there was more escargot in the batter to remind me more of that chewy feel from the traditional dish.

The surprise star of our meal was the Royale with Cheese. The wagyu had great flavor and char. And the sesame seed bun held up well for this napkin-required burger. But those pickles were amazing nuggets of necessity to add balancing acidity to the richness of the dish.

We definitely want to try the Duck Breast, the Spanish Octopus, and the Prix Fixe Meal on future visits. A final thanks to Chef & Curtis for the friendly service and explanation of the menu.”
