there’s a worker there that’s obviously xenophobic. On five different occasions he’s ignored me when I’ve gone to pick up my food. He passes right by me to talk to the other customers. Other workers have noticed because they come and apologize to me. I will not be visiting this location again

Went to chipotle for the second time ever. There was a decent line but the workers were trying their best to get everyone’s order fast. When it was my turn the employee looked annoyed, I asked for a chicken burrito. She then proceeds to ask me what kind of protein. I say chicken again and I asked for brown with white rice mixed. Everything was good until the other employee was grabbing sour cream I tried telling him I don’t want that but he did not hear until he looked up and he heard me the second time. He tells the co worker over to him “ why did you tell me sour cream “ she then TELLS me “ That’s what you said “ first of all why would I say something I don’t EVER eat. I don’t like sour cream and I never said those words. Then the person that was wrapping my burrito does not know how to wrap a burrito properly which is fine so I asked for a bowl, so when I asked for one the worker laughed and gave me attitude so I apologized cause I hate being that person especially when I worked in fast food BEFORE.Maybe those girls should get a career if they hate there jobs so much . Also tortilla wasn’t even cooked all the way the second time since she wanted to be petty lol.

Food is always good here, but it seems they’ve cut back on the portions. Today was the first time I had to ask for an extra scoop of rice and got charged for it. Not the employees fault in the slightest. Seems to be a corporate change. Disappointing.

They have really cut back on the portions. I stopped going to the Visalia location because they give you ONE scoop of rice in the burrito bowl. Im a vegetarian so I get rice, veggies and corn salsa. Its $12 bucks for this and they hardly give you any rice at all. Well I just visited a Chipotle in Roseville, CA and they filled my whole bowl with rice and added plenty of the other selections. It was so delicious. Its just this location that seems to rip you off a bit.

Food here never disappoints just wish it was a lil cheaper the bowl I get is always like 22 dollars with 3 meats. But it's sooooo good.

Food was consistent.Service was very slow and they ran out of chicken but instead of getting more from the back wanted me to get something else. Just lazy for a $20 hour wage.The restaurant was dirty, I have seen stores that were much busier and were much cleaner.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options are great. Rice, beans, lettuce, what else can you want.Parking: Lots of spots in the area but several may require walking more than 20 steps, and if that was too hard maybe get it delivered to your car.Kid-friendliness: They love kids, the more yelling screaming and running around the better. Great kids meals.Wheelchair accessibility: Super wheel chair friendly, ready in and ready out, wide issues and plenty of tables to sit at.

This review is specifically on the lunch crowd. I’ve never had an issue when I’ve gone in the evening/at night.Almost every time I order from my app for lunch it’s either wrong or there’s some issue (wrong meat, wrong order, etc.). Today was the last time I could not say anything. I found a moth in my food - which is kind of not okay? I understand mistakes happen and it’s not the workers fault. My biggest complaint is I’ve tried contacting chipotle through the app about issues with my food (like having to toss an entire meal away for the wrong protein)and have NEVER gotten a response. I’m honestly thinking of either never going to chipotle for lunch again or taking the extra time to drive to Tulare because this is just one too many times where $13-15 worth of food is ending up in the trash.

I just got to town from up north. I thought about what I waited for dinner the whole way. Chipotle has always been healthy and fresh, and I knew exactly where it was. The staff was so pleasant and made sure everything was perfect. When I got to the hotel I ate in the lobby, and my dinner was as delicious as it looked. Spices were perfect and not too much salt, I was in heaven. Thanks so much for taking time when you hire employees to interact with the public! They were personable and did their job with a smile
