No customers were in the place, but it took her/them a while to ask what I wanted because they were both busy. There were two workers, but I guess they were expecting each other to handle the one customer. (Me). They need to have better customer service. I was ready to walk out without purchasing. The cookie was good but gave me the runs.
I did a mobile order and picked up according to the app I was first in line. I walked in the store and it was empty the employees looked my way but did not greet me. I stood there for approximately five minutes waiting to see if anyone would ask me anything until someone else walked in and one of the employees finally approached the registered to help the customer checking out. The staff is always so welcoming. I love how the flavors change weekly but there is always the good ol’ chocolate chip. I downloaded the app so that I can easily see the flavors each week. I haven’t had a cookie from Crumbl that I haven’t liked. It’s always so good.
