“Every time I place an order online, I don't get half of my order in my meal. So when I call the restaurant and tell them that they did not place all my order in my to-go order they tell me to go back to the restaurant so they could refund me when I live 10 Mi away and gas is expensive. My credit card is on file from that online purchase. Why could they not just credit back the card on their side? They never solve the problem or refund my money back for my online purchase of the missing food that was not in the bag, and they always get my money, and I never get all my food. Visalia California Fish and Grill need to get their act together and stop jipping people and need to double check their orders before they place them in a bag to see if that order matches what the receipt says.
