We purchased a pizza, drove home in the dark, brought the pizza inside, opened the lid, and discovered a hefty sized cockroach crawling all over our pizza. I immediately got back in the car with the pizza and took it back. They refused to give me a refund and only offered me a replacement pizza which I was not willing to take. I asked for the phone number to the owner's office and they gave me a fake number. Needless to say, I will NOT be going back and I'll be recommending to everyone to AVOID this Little Caesars at all cost.

Omg everyone ufos have landed they are making this "pizza" don't get it the dough is undercooked the toppings are skimp and the service is non existent like they are keeping something secret call them on the phone no answer try to get a worker to the front no answer I tell you what ufos are alive and are well answer your phone if you know how aliens

I ordered online a little before 4 PM and it said it would be ready between 4:12-4:16. My son was getting a haircut next door so when I went to pick it up at 4:38, the order was not ready. People in front and behind me in line were getting their orders before me, even though I ordered online. I ended up cancelling. I'm pretty my order was given to someone else, because last time we ordered they gave us the wrong order. Horrible customer service, too. I get that it was busy, but it shouldn't have taken 40 minutes to make my pizza. They have the pizza portals which they no longer use. It used to be so much more convenient. They really screwed people over by not using it

Service was quick. I walked in, waited about a minute while they finished organizing the pizza sauce containers, ordered the regular large and was not disappointed. The pizza was made just right, and the staff was courteous. Some Little Cesar’s are hit or miss but this one didn’t miss.

When I got my pizza it was uncut and my pizza was drowning in oil... other than that it was fine. I waited around 10 minutes and I felt like the workers were rushing.
When I got my pizza home it was hard as a rock. And the pepperoni was not very good with pretzel bread with stuffed crust.

The evening staff is always so rude! If I could give negative stars then I would! Always throwing changing at you when returning money and acting like they hate their lives! Just left this location calmly after the little girl working the register today @5:50 literally threw napkins at the box while my son was holding it and they don’t answer to talk to management! This is not the first time one of my kids have been disrespected or treated like trash at this store!

I know it's Little Caesars so the standard is low but God, their customer service is just terrible! Place an order through the app, 40 minutes went by and the tracker said it still wasn't ready, I decided to call and their rude supervisor "Cameron" said I could either pick up the old pizza that was ready in the back 40 minutes ago or get a refund because they were too busy to make another one, I mentioned how the app said the pizza was still not ready and she yelled at me saying it was my fault for not calling to check then hung up.
