They're slower than other McDonald's. They got my order wrong. The kiosk thing just don't do it for me....Wheelchair accessibility: They do have easy access for wheelchairs. It does have plenty of room for wheelchairs to navigate easily.
There is a big issue with your phone orders so that needs fixing(most the time your App doesn’t work) some stores have too few employees and are under stress, the kiosks don’t work a lot of the time, the bathrooms only have 1 toilet and 1 urinal in the Men’s which is always a pain. There are a lot of people going in and out of your stores so larger bathrooms would be very helpful.

Feb 22,2024 around 11am I witnessed a female, black,heavyset employee with blue hair profanity and verbally yell at a younger male.She was probably late 20s ,he looked 20 ish.I don't know if she was a manager but she should be gone period...used f word several times,and continued on after the young man ( he was mopping) left..it makes for a pretty scarey environment..No other staff seemed to notice ,or maybe didn't care...it was abusive in my opinion
