Tried to order two footlang sandwiches on the APP. App was not working, just pausing and pausing. Had them make the TWO footlong sandwiches at the store, went to pay using BOGO50 online code in the app...which was STILL down. Asked them to ring up the Buy ONE footlong, Get ONE -50% at the register. Employees said they CAN'T do it. So, this Subway (and I went to another one too) would rather THROW AWAY two fully made footlong sandwiches, rather than honor the BOGO discount on their company app...when the app is not working. Full-price only, no discount. THAT's how much they value a customer! They'd rather throw away TWO perfectly good sandwiches and have $0 than honor the online or app discount, even when shown the app wasn't working. GOODBYE SUBWAY! No money for you! $0.

Always great sandwiches!! Always great atmosphere! And I love the BOGO footlong by using the app. I DO wish they'd bring back the sourdough bread though, & if they had Pepsi instead of Coke it'd be perfect!
Employees were abrupt & impatient. Felt like they were trying to hurry us along as we were deciding. Never even offered us a choice of bread before starting to make our sandwich.

quality is inconsistent. Sometimes you get the usual 8 slices of roast beef, other times you get 4 for the Footlong. Ordering "extra" toppings is usually not going to work unless you go in and watch them make it. Finally, about 50pct of the time, they will make the sandwich "hot dog style", where the meet goes in the crack, and the veggies get stacked on that, then the Mayo goes in a little slice on the top of the pile. It looks like a Chicago hot dog and unless you eat it like one, you'll have one bite of only meat, then one bite of only veg.

No doubt Subway is the BEST sandwich producer. I just can't find anything better, it's nutrient is very well balanced with fiber, protein, carbs, and more.

This place USED to be okay. Jasmine was so rude and not helpful at all. That is not tolerable, at least be nice to nice customers. Will not be coming here again !!

I'm upset I went into this subway and while the employee was making my sandwich the cap to the mustard popped off and mustard Went flying ALL OVER Me and my new shirt. I told the guy that this was my new shirt and how he better not charge me. But he still rang me up with out giving me a free sandwich or even offering me a free cookie! He did not sound apologetic when he said sorry and both employees were laughing. Mind you im pregnant and emotional too. So I went home a cried about my new shirt. I am in disbelief they charged still charged me!!
Didn’t have the food I ordered. Then were rude about it on top of it.

Can you really go wrong with subway? My wife and I stopped here on our way from a Los Angeles to Fresno and it’s the day after Christmas, so everything is busy and we are hungry.We walked through the door and was immediately greeted and asked what they can get started for us.Order was spot on, food was tasty and then we were back on the road.I’ve eaten at this location before and have always loved the food

I honestly do not understand why this location has such a bad rating. I've lived over here for years and have gone to this location countless times. They are consistent. Fresh, quick, and very friendly: the location is always very clean and on top of it. Sincerely, Forever a satisfied customer.
