Ordered a custom ladybug cake for my daughter's 2nd birthday, but the order ticket got attached to a different order and didn't get made. The other order was made, but not ours. I was given the option of refund, in 7-10 business days, a different type of cake from their pre-made selection; or they could make it but it wouldn't be ready for a few hours. Either way, my daughter was screwed out of her birthday cake. Welcome to $20/hr!

went to baskin robbins in vista wens nite. i love their vanilla. was looking forward to a 2 scoop vanilla cone. they said they were out and it was too late to open a new container. UNACCEPTABLE!!

The ice cream is always delicious & consistently good. Considering the they serve ice cream and serve it to families with kids (translated to messy) this place is always clean. Of course, the selection is awesome. Good for celebrating life events.

Twice Door Dash ordered 2 items and received 1. Door Dash refused to deliver what was ordered and the replacement cost was 50% more. Last time I order from these thieves.

Honestly the worst I get there order from the worker the lady behind come in asks for a cake she ordered the worker gives it to her completely forgets about my order goes to the back I’m waiting 10 min the another customer comes in she comes out n takes her order absolutely ridiculous I’ll never spend a dollar on them again
How are the last few months? Every time we get a quart of the pre-packed ice cream? It is so soft we have to take it home and let it firm up before we can even eat it. Freezers aren’t working correctly and when brought to their attention, no one seems to want to correct the problem at this location no.

Horrible customer service. Walked in and just got looked at then got his back for over 5 min with no greeting or that he'll be right with us at all. Multiple employees kept walking past us mind u nobody else is in line. When we finally got helped 10 min later and after my husband wanted to leave the male employees finally helps us but says nothing just a head gesture to get us to start ordering. He honestly showed everyone in the store how much he eaither hates his job or just has some problems going on in his life. I don't expect awsome service but atleast a hello and a smile go a long way. Will not be returning to this location.

This Baskin Robbins location is not the best. It's in a run down parking lot filled with homeless addicts and trash thrown on the ground. The place has a strange air freshener smell, it makes me wonder if they are trying to cover up bad odors. Customer service was okay, staff was friendly. But the inside was not very clean. All the tables were dirty and looked like they hadn't been cleaned for a long time. Ice cream cakes looked old. They also give you less ice cream than at other Baskin Robbins stores. Ice cream sundae was $10 but barely had any ice cream in it. The whipped cream they put on it was warm and melted. Ripoff. Will not be going back.

I don't usually complain but today was a hot dayI wanted my usual World Class Chocolate..but today it had ice crystals ..didn't taste very good and was crunchy

This place is inconsistent with their layered sundaes. They only put two scoops and it's not even filled to the rim. The other locations usually make it better than this. Not going here ever again.
