We used to go to this B&R when we lived in Vista and the owner was always nice, appreciative for our business and seemed very involved. When we moved, I needed an ice cream cake for my son’s birthday. I was going to use the B&R near our new house, but noticed it had bad reviews about messing up cake orders. Nina was literally amazing, she was very helpful in answering all of our questions and even took the time to scoop my dad a big jug of his favorite ice cream. she was super nice and welcoming and tbh I have not ever had that kind of service at BR before. she was awesome
