There was no one online but me. No one in the restaurant either. I always get the Cali Classic. This one had almost no lettuce...a piece the size of my pinky finger nail. The tomatoes was paper thin and almost no sauce... the this was fresh. Carl's Jr is charging more for the food ( up a dollar over last couple of yrs ) looked like who ever made it...pushed it with his weight. I will not be giving them my families business anymore.

Very disappointed!! Haven’t had food from Carlsjr in a while and my daughters and I decided to go. Star nuggets were stale, almost like they had been in the fryer rack for days. Lemonade was small and tasted like chemicals, at that point I was scared to even eat my burger. The burger did not look appetizing. I’m literally tempted to go back because it’s sad that they thought it was okay to sell me that food. Not cool Cars Jr!! I should have known better the moment a machine answered the drive thru.

Decided to go through the drive thru at this Carl’s Jr. Big mistake. I was in a hurry and was hoping to grab a quick bite to eat and be on my way, that didn’t happen. There was absolutely no one in line but the parking lot had more cars than usual. Turns out they were ALL waiting for their food. After I ordered and waited a solid 5 minutes with no cars behind me, I was told to park in the front. No one came out for another 10 minutes. I only ordered a burger so I was lucky. Other customers who were there before me were still waiting when I left. They are several under staffed

bad experience, I ordered a guacamole hamburger combo and they gave me ketchup and a ranch, I asked her to give me a buffalo sauce as a favor and the person at the counter told me that she couldn't give me two because if I finished one I would have to get another sauce ?? I said ok but I do want buffalo nail. I called her manager and she told me the same thing and with a bad attitude that if I wanted one more sauce she would charge me 30 cents. I told her but whenever I go to the CarsJr they don't charge me for the sauce, she replied that she is not responsible for the other CarsJr. Bad experience and above all we no longer ate comfortably.

BEWARE when ordering specials on posters advertised on windows on the restaurant! I ordered the breakfast sandwich "Two for $6" deal in the drive thru. When I looked at my receipt, the price charged was $9.50. I went into the restaurant and inquired as to why I wasn't given the correct price. The shift managers response was, "You have to ask for that price" Seriously! This is deceptive advertising. Ask for the price advertised on the poster? You don't have to ask for the price on the poster at any other fast food joint, or Ralph's, etc. Needless to say, I returned the food and had them refund my card. Maybe they wanted my breakfast sandwiches for themselves as I certainly didn't get them

DON’T ORDER THE LEMONADE! If you order a lemonade here and ask for light ice, you’ll receive a cup that’s shorter than an iphone with 2 full scoops of ice. Your cup will appear to have 80-90% ice cubes, and filling in the crevices, you’ll find so little lemonade that you’ll wonder why you paid more than $3.00. When your disappointment is overflowing more than the cup is with ice cubes, you’ll learn that there are no refills.P.S. At least Jack in the Box is a good alternative, and you’ll find it across the street.
