Decided to go through the drive thru at this Carl’s Jr. Big mistake. I was in a hurry and was hoping to grab a quick bite to eat and be on my way, that didn’t happen. There was absolutely no one in line but the parking lot had more cars than usual. Turns out they were ALL waiting for their food. After I ordered and waited a solid 5 minutes with no cars behind me, I was told to park in the front. No one came out for another 10 minutes. Haven't been disappointed by a Carl's yet. Food is always good and I leave happy and full. The only reason it's not a perfect 5 star was a bit slower than usual service, but a very friendly staff.

Always such tasty food, unfortunately they never listen when I (a vegan) ask for no mayo, no cheese, on my beyond burger. Idk if it's just hard to hear me or what. They have corrected my order before when I decided to go back through the drive thru, but I often times just say "F it" and go home. Please try to listen carefully because at that point animal products are already used and it ethically doesn't make sense for me to ask you to just throw that one away just to give me...read full review
