It’s in a good location and there’s plenty of parking. The staff is super kind and it’s always clean! The decor and atmosphere is rustic and welcoming. The cats are also super cute!

Just attended a kids birthday party here! I got an iced mocha. And the pastries were amazing! My son loved going in and petting the cats! We’ll be back!

Loved the cat & craft cafe. The staff was very informative about each of the cats we asked about. The reason for my two star rating is because of the negative experience I had with their contracted rescue house agency. First of all the counselor was not knowledgeable about which cat is adoptable. Secondly, she kept asking specifically if my current cat is an indoor cat and after confirming that my cat is she continued to ask the same question multiple different ways to ultimately deny my application. She was very defensive and made it seemed like I was able to only adopt 1 of the 3 listed cats despite my interest in getting to know the other cats before making a final decision. They also strongly suggest to visit your home adoption. This is the first agency that has asked me despite being a cat owner and going through the rescue cat process already. We have also fostered for the cat cafe in OC who ultimately entrusted us to have our second cat. I honestly don’t think they care to get the cats a home.

I always wanted to come here and finally did! Of course my main reason was to see the cats! Which of course is by appointment only, but we were lucky, because the barista asked if we wanted to see the cats too since they have empty slots as we were ordering drinks. Of course we said yes! The cats were amazing with different personalities and they were adoptable if you think of getting one. Looking forward to going back there again.

My family visited on 2/24/24. The staff at the cafe were very friendly and informative. The only BIG issue I have and hence 2 stars was I was interested in a cat for my 16 year old daughter. The counselor that called turned everything I said about our living situation against us. Then, pre assumed that the cat wouldn't be a good fit. This cafe is great for just going and hanging out with cats, but if you want to adopt go through a different adoption company because this one wants to make it super difficult to get a forever companion from them! ?The pics are of the cat we wanted to make a part of our family and they didn't want to make it happen. ☹️

I've been to my fair share of Cat Cafes & never thought I'd rate one below 5 stars. The only reason I even gave 2 stars were for the girls in the food/drink part of the Cafe. They were welcoming, lively, & the drinks we ordered were delicious! To be honest, they should be the ones inside with the cats. The girl on the inner part of the cafe (where the cats were) was just on her phone & not engaging at all with anyone. It seemed like she didn't even want to be here & had zero personality. Most places have the workers talking about the cats, engaging with the cats, & just interacting with everyone. The vibe inside the cat lounge was also uncomfortable & quiet like total silence at times. Not a vibe at all. Would definitely not recommend nor would I come back.

Coming from the east coast, firstly the space is beautiful! The food variety and drinks were so hard to choose from (so many yummy options), I tried the avogato and asked for a panini caprese without the meat and the staff was accommodating for the request. For drinks I had the lemonade blueberry and on my way out asked for a popular recommendation so got the iced horchata which both had good flavor profile. For a treat had a strawberry danish and they warmed it up.Cat portion was easy to book online, the signs were straightforward and I didn’t feel lost on where or what to do. The attendant was very sweet and welcoming, there was 15 cats in the space when I went and I was alone for most the session. The babies were all sleepy which totally fine I didn’t try to entice play since they’re resting. I chatted with the attendant and told her I worked at a cat cafe too and asked some general questions. I got sneak peaks of new shy babies which was so nice too! My fav cat was the handicat solid gray Overall good experience, calming space def a must go if you’re in SD. If I had to make a comment I wish there was more available merch for purchase but I got a sticker! And the bio boards were a little hard to read to navigate the cats.Vegetarian options: Can opt out meat from sandwiches it’s not premade/packaged food it’s made to order

Staff was so kind. Cute coffee shop where you can play with cats. Relaxed atmosphere. If you don't want to touch the cats you can look at them through the window. Kept beautiful and clean.

Exceptionally clean, kind and welcoming staff. Fun to place to play with the kittens and adopt them. The coffee is excellent too. The parking lot right in front is a bit small but there are plenty of parking sports in a very short walking distance. All of the animals are exceptionally well cared for. They also host parties here in their front room. So if you have kids or just love cats, this is a great place to have a gathering. When you are having a coffee and snack in the main room you can look through big windows into the cat area and watch them run around and do what cats do.

Food and drink alone are worth stopping by. I enjoyed the cat lounge- lots of sweet kitties! My favorite part is that the environment is focused on cat happiness. Noise level is low, no grabbing or picking up or chasing the kitties. The cats can leave the lounge anytime to a separate space. They have plenty of high spots to get to and so many comfy beds and toys and hiding places. Highly recommend ?

Came here because my friend Adam loves cats. He won’t stop talking about them and he loves waffles (which they have, very delicious). Great spot to see cats through a glass wall or pay to play with them. Our kids loved this place as well.

My daughter and l love this cat cafe, and frequently visit on the weekend for some "cat therapy." The staff is so friendly and the cats are the best! The espresso drinks are very good too. I especially like the dirty chai latte.

One of my favorite places. The food is great and they offer Gluten-free bread for their breakfast options. The coffee is fantastic, they always have a new special and the Baristas know how to make great coffee.I truly recommend this place, it's a need to vist!
