They could've at least mixed my ice cream the customer service was ok but I shouldn't have to pay and then get home and mix up my Ice cream. But I'm sure y'all probably don't even read these so it is what it is. It wasn't bad but still it disappointing because I come here frequently and it's never been like this

The Manager sounds Indian and barely speaks English. Argues that I ordered a bigger size then what I usually buy for my daughters. I asked for smallest sizes, he upgraded me without my consent. Feel like I was unwillingly upsold. So annoying. I usually spend $8 and he up sold me to $12. I felt manipulated. Worst experience at that store

Absolute worst experience yet at this coldstone!!! I worked for coldstone for 2 years and it was my first job ever. Today when I went in to get ice cream with my family. They all got their ice cream and when I went to order mine, I had Katie help me. I asked for a Gotta Have It pretty simple order, just all I asked for was 3 different flavors. It CLEARLY states on your website you can have as many flavors as you want as long as it fits in the size of cup. Whether it be a 8 oz cup 12 oz cup etc. Katie stated no she couldnt make that for me an I was only allowed 2 flavors. I said ok well can I pay an extra charge for the extra flavor? She still said no and thats their policy. I asked for her managers info as she then proceeded to tell me she didn't know it, an that he was on vacation anyways. I said so what's his name. She said Angel. Great we'll I'll be speaking with Angel coming Monday. Says she's worked here 3 years? Well whoever trained you sweetheart didn't train you correct. She needs to be taught customer service because that definitely wasn't it! Very upsetting when I've been coming here for YEARS and have ALWAYS got the same thing. NEVER anything different. I even asked if policy changed. Nope. I took my service to Starbucks today. Very unhappy!

This is a Creamery and the staff don't know what a Malt is. The guy kept saying "Shake'. I said "No. I want a malt." He says "Well, I don't know what a malt is cause I'm not from the 50's. "Me: "I'm not from the fifties either." He made me a scoop of ice cream with malt powder in it.Me: No. A malt. You drink it.Him: "We call that a shake."Me. "With Malt powder, though......so it's a malt."He made a half hearted "sorta malt" that pretty much tasted like a Shake. I can get a chocolate shake at any fast food drive thru. and not pay eight bucks.This is an example of very poor training for a place that focuses on ice cream. A malt is a very basic and foundational treat AND, unfortunately, an example of how each generation just becomes more and more stupid. This kid had a tone that announced he was proud he didn't know what a malt was when he said "I'm not from the 50s."I just came in for chocolate, I don't need. I give zero shits about how cool he thinks it is to be so dumb. I encourage the owner to verify with the Snot's two co-workers.They were oddly quiet. I wondered if one of them should have taken over or if they, too, are clueless concerning the malt powder the place has in inventory but doesn't put on the menu board.After he dumped the malt/ice-cream ball into the blender with too much milk and blended it the same way he blends shakes.... the credit card machine asks for a tip.Bite me. I bet if I asked for an Ice cream soda (Around the corner you can get a great one) the kid's head would have exploded. No worries. There wouldn't be any brains to fly anywhere. His mistake wasn't in not knowing about an iconic component of current Americana. That is on training staff and his parents. His mistake was trying to school someone too tired, too fat, too smart and too jaded, already hating humanity, who just wanted to hide in too many calories after a long day of bullshit. I actually needed this to happen. It will be good for me to never go there again.

Very nice employees back there, helped me and my girlfriend get something beacuse I had never been there before. Ice cream was very quality and all the toppings and ice cream holds where very clean and sanitary. 4 stars beacuse no place is perfect.

The flavors are nothing I remember in my youth. The ice cream taste like yogurt. We got strawberry, cheesecake and mint and none tasted like you would think. Sadly, the place I knew as a kid is gone and my children weren’t thrilled about the taste and neither was I. First and last time for them. If your going to spend money, Baskin robins is a bit better in our opinion.

Such a great location to enjoy some ice cream and relax around the area. Service was excellent, and they made all the ice cream with fresh ingredients. Still believe they have the best ice cream compared to any other locations.

I ordered a cake here and it was not quite what I expected to receive. I expected to receive something similar to their signature cake "Midnight Delight" but instead of chocolate curls i chose strawberries, but they used an ugly white frosting, and i originally chose chocolate ganache frosting and there was way too much chocolate shavings around the cake, although we had a great time and the cake was super fresh and delicious! i think you guys should follow the advertised pictures please. I would not custom order a cake here again, but in the future i will buy the pre-made signature cakes in-store.

Friendly staff, great ice cream and cakes. Across from the movie theater so it would make for part of a fun date night. Parking can be difficult during busy times, but they do have 30 minute parking out front.

I've been buying my ice cream cakes at Baskin Robbins for the past 4 years, but last night they didn't have the flavors I want it, so I went to Cold Stone and I wish I didn't.$42 for the smallest cake (definitely way smaller than Baskin Robbins) but whatever I needed to buy an ice cream cake so I take the cake out of the freezer and asked the not too friendly guy if they could write happy birthday in there? I mean the cake is tiny so I don't know....To what he replied, sure, yeah we can write happy birthday, we only have 2 colors: red & green!Darn, I'm trying to avoid Christmas colors but it is what it is, let's go with GREEN!He come out with the cake, happy birth... (unreadable) in red. Me: in shock looking at that cake... I asked for green.Guy: Oh, me bad!And proceeded to charge me. Cold stone you have to hire better employees, to the employees: just say NO if you can't write in a cake.
