Absolute worst experience yet at this coldstone!!! I worked for coldstone for 2 years and it was my first job ever. Today when I went in to get ice cream with my family. They all got their ice cream and when I went to order mine, I had Katie help me. I asked for a Gotta Have It pretty simple order, just all I asked for was 3 different flavors. Very nice employees back there, helped me and my girlfriend get something beacuse I had never been there before. Ice cream was very quality and all the toppings and ice cream holds where very clean and sanitary. 4 stars beacuse no place is perfect.

They could've at least mixed my ice cream the customer service was ok but I shouldn't have to pay and then get home and mix up my Ice cream. But I'm sure y'all probably don't even read these so it is what it is. It wasn't bad but still it disappointing because I come here frequently and it's never been like this
