If I could give zero stars I would. The Jack in The Box on N. Santa Fe Vista, CA are a bunch of idiots. My order was simple and they got it wrong. I always check to make sure that everything is in the bag. But I guess I have to unwrap everything too to make sure the order is right. Minimum wage is supposed to raise up to $20/hr??? For what if you can't even get an order right!

I've been coming for over 5 months because it's close to home, but each time I dine in the outside coke matchine doesn't work. Can't even spare some syrup up in the front? The ghetto. ? Even Escondido with a higher homeless rate has a working soda matchine up front for refills. Honestly, the problem is that it takes them a whole 5 minutes for a refill I could gladly do myself. Speaking on the food it's not bad but it's always oily and has a weird metal taste.Dietary restrictions: Good on not putting salt on fries.

Place was extremely busy, and undermanned for the amount of traffic. Messed up my order. Friendly service, great staff, good food. Just undermanned for the order capacity.

Got overcharged for two garden salads ! We ordered two garden salads with grilled chicken. We were charged an extra charge of $2.99 each for the grilled chicken. When we asked about the charge and showed the guy that we ordered from there should not be an extra charge for the chicken, it states right on the menu comes with grilled or crispy chicken. He didn’t listen to us and insisted there was an up charge for the grilled chicken.Nowhere does it state on the menu or on the internet ads there is an option for any up charges on the garden salad ! It shows $7.49regardless if it’s grilled or crispy or southwest . He was being a stubborn old man, not listening to us whatsoever !I will get my refund for that extra charge or not ever go back to that location, which by the way has always been the best one in the city of Vista….

Jack in the Box has finally lost my business after three strikes to get an overcharge for my last order goes unresolved. I've contacted them twice and tried to get an answer why the additional charge on my garden salad order of $3.00 each ...! Nowhere on the menu does it state an extra charge for grilled chicken on the garden salad menu. It says $7.99 for grilled or crispy chicken. I was charged $2.99 for each salad, Sandy said it was an additional charge for the grilled chicken and would not even look at the menu right behind him !!! So, Jack lost another very long standing customer over a $6.00 overcharge. Really ,$10.99 for a garden salad with grilled chicken ? The menu clearly states $7.99 with grilled or crispy chicken .... WTF ?

Got a delivery and I’m missing half of my order and then I tried to go on the app and get a refund but it was telling me my order number was wrong.
Sat at the menu for about 20 minutes and was never helped. Watch the 6 cars in front of me all get their food and leave before I was even spoken to. Finally was able to order them pulled forward to next window. Sat there for 10 minutes before anyone approached the window and then had a attitude because I gave them a 100 dollar
