My son had never had a cheesesteak sandwich before and I raved and raved about wanting him to try the one from Jersey Mike’s. The night before sending him back to college, we always do a food grab and I convinced him to go here with me instead of his fave place Board and Brew. After checking out the menu he decided on the bacon ranch chicken cheesesteak and I ordered the big kahuna steak. He’s a big eater so i ordered 2 giants so he could try both the chicken and steak. What is so frustrating about this place is you never know if they got your order right until you get home. They already messed up my order once before and you just have to deal with it. This time, there was no lettuce in his sandwich and just a drop of ranch! Hardly any meat in either sandwich and no mushrooms in the big kahuna. Just a lot of bread. I should have known it was going to be bad when the grill guy made a face when he heard our order- Not sure why?Definitely NOT worth $45 to get two giant pieces of bread as excuses for sandwiches.

The business owner is full of stuffing. The food is prepared with no regard to food safety. Ambiance is ruined because the employees are utterly rude, unsanitary, ungrateful, and should be unemployed.

My family and I visited Jersey Mike's today and unfortunately had a highly disappointing experience with the service. The employee crafting our sandwiches was handling items other than the food, failing to change her gloves despite this breach in hygiene. When politely asked to change gloves, her response was accompanied by an unwarranted attitude, and she adamently refused. This lack of basic sanitation extended to serving subsequent customers with the same gloves, creating an unsanitary environment. The persisting attitude throughout the encounter made it uncomfortable to voice our concerns or request a new, uncontaminated sandwich.Even upon asking for her name during payment, the employee continued with an unpleasant demeanor, refusing to provide her name. The overall atmosphere in the store became unwelcoming and intimidating, making eating inside a negative experience. Overall, this experience was not only disappointing due to the disregard for hygiene but also disheartening because of the intimidating atmosphere created by the employee's attitude. We hope this feedback prompts necessary improvements in both service and hygiene practices at this location.

Today I went in to a get a sandwich with my gf and the service was horrible. We weren't even greeted when we came in. The ladies were extremely rude and not cleanly about handling raw meat to make the hot subs and touched my sandwich with contaminated gloves. I couldn't even eat my sandwich I was so disgusted. Please consider being nicer to your costumers and value your health codes so you don't get people sick. Won't be coming to this location again.

I had come in for lunch to this location and a man was shouting at an employee about an order he had placed. He was complaining about something they had 0 control over. Alexis was extremely polite and professional while the man continued to use profanity with other customers as well. He even threatened a customer in line who spoke up. Jersey Mike’s, please give your employees a raise for dealing with such rude people. The staff at this location is always on their game and super kind.

The food is good however my 3-star raiting is based on the cost of the food. In my opinion a 12-in sandwich should not cost $17. You can get comparable food from other sandwich shops and a lesser cost.
the saddest sandwich i ever ate tbh. the guy in the back made my sandwich and didn't ask what i wanted in it so he just put whatever he wanted on it. he cooked the lettuce with the chicken and bacon. it was just a meh sandwich just like their customer service.. meh. i thought Subway was bad, but this Jersey Mike's location just made any Subway look good

I order from the app to this location all the time and every time I have to check the bag before I leave the store to make sure the sides that I put in notes in my order are in the bag which most of the time they’re not and I have to ask for the container of pickles or peppers and the food is never consistent.

Service was AWFUL! My two grandchildren walked in and instead of being treated we were told to shut the door behind us.The same female worker grunted when the 9 year old hesitated to place his order. A male worker came out and tried to hurry us up, and was talking over me when I was talking to my grandson.I asked why they were rushing us since the store wasn't closing and there wasn't anyone else in the store. He said that they were rushing because they had a very large catering order to fill.The female was literally throwing the bread on the counter and then cut and shoved the bread to the side.They were both passive aggressive and the guy doused my sandwiches with oil and vinegar.Two men walked in as we were walking out, they were each greeted appropriately and the first man was not asked to shut the door behind him, like we were.When I was pulling away from the spot (in front of the store) I could see the female glaring at me.The service was the worst! We ordered 6 sandwiches, a couple of cookies and drinks - these two made me want to ask for my money back!
