I had come in for lunch to this location and a man was shouting at an employee about an order he had placed. He was complaining about something they had 0 control over. Alexis was extremely polite and professional while the man continued to use profanity with other customers as well. He even threatened a customer in line who spoke up. The food is good however my 3-star raiting is based on the cost of the food. In my opinion a 12-in sandwich should not cost $17. You can get comparable food from other sandwich shops and a lesser cost.
