“This was the best starbucks experience I have ever had! Autumn took my order and she was soooo sweet to me and just made my monday. She made me feel special haha. I got a matcha and it was sooooo delicious and wasn't chunky or clumpy like it usually is. Definitely going to come back whenever I am in the area!“
“This is by far the best Starbucks around North San Diego County It's the only Starbucks(that I am aware of) that consistently has all around great service. If you are having a bad day and you go here! All of the employees there are so wonderful that your will leave feeling happier. Employees are very personable; you feel like you've known them for years! the drinks always come out great, hardly ever need a remake. The employees there are just really great. I go to other Starbucks and it's so different-the drinks are never made right, the customer service is bad, you feel bad for you know asking for any little thing-totally the opposite of this location. I would recommend anybody to go to the Civic Center Drive Starbucks in Vista, you won't be disappointed!“

“I ordered there this morning. Two of the surrounding Starbucks locations were either closed or sold out of everything so a TON of people were ordering from this location. When I walked in, there were at least 30 people waiting for their mobile orders. The baristas were working so hard and being so patient with everyone. Some customers were getting upset and not being very understanding about the whole situation because wait times were extended due to the amount of orders, but the baristas were calm, cool, and collected and they were all hustling! Great Job.“
“Happy I stopped at this coffee shop! If you ever need a good customer service and to feel like someone cares, I recommend you to head over this place! The super kind employee helped me get a perfect drink with less sugar in it! It took me a while to figure what drink would be best and she helped me figure it out! “We ordered the paradise drink that comes with coconut milk in a venti size and 2 shots of expresso. I was expecting to wait a bit since only one person was working and it started to get busy. Our drinks were ready so quick. The young lady working Saturday afternoon was so efficient, friendly and had a smile on at all times. As for the drinks it was our first time trying the paradise drink. I will definitely be getting it a few more times before it's gone.“

“Tried the new Frozen Strawberry Lemonade slushy. Really good refreshing not too sweet. We also ordered the vanilla Cold Brew blended for a caffeine pick me up before work. Both made well. The drive-through was a bit busy so we walked in, took longer than expected, but had pleasant service.“
