Yum! Amazing staff and great energy! It's a fun take out spot with a great fun mood. The painting is a cool mural.

Food was terrible. I ordered on door dash. The fries were soggy, the wrap was dry and filled with tin foil.

We catered food from here for our company inaugural function. The food was excellent and so was the service. The portions were huge. Definitely recommend

SO GOOD AND AFFORDABLE! I was blown away by the crispness of the lamb, freshness of the cucumber and tomatoes and the hummus! It was so delicious and fresh tasting. The only thing I'd change is adding more spice to the rice.

Average at best. The combo plate is a decent portion, but the lamb meat is dry sort of reminds me of Carne asada. Comes with hummus and pita, both didn't stand out. Decent for quick bite if you're desperate and hungry, but would not recommend. Manakish on North Main at least has house made pita and better service. Baklava is overly sweet. Was hesitant to get it because it doesn't look like there's a high turnover. They take apple/google pay which was convenient for me. Overall, will not return.

After exploring Downtown Walnut Creek with my friend, we decided to have Mediterranean food for dinner. On a Saturday evening, we arrived at 8pm. Upon walking in, the walls were covered with murals which looked appealing. As we ordered at the front counter, the elderly woman at the register was very kind. After we ordered, our meal took about 15 minutes to prepare. My friend ordered the Combo Plate which consists of lamb and chicken. She loved how both of the meats were well-seasoned and how the hummus had a refreshing flavor. Meanwhile, I enjoyed the Lamb Gyro. While it was delicious, there were a lot of meat and fresh veggies, so it was a bit messy to eat. But, I have no complaints about the quantity and quality of their food! Secondly, I loved the selection of beverages that they offered. So, I chose the Gopi Mango Lassi in a bottle. I love how it wasn't too sweet and tasted like a yogurt drink with slight tartness. Furthermore, I would return to Babalou's when I have cravings for a lamb plate or gyro in Walnut Creek.

BAD PLACE DO NOT ENTER !!I have ordered veggie plate . It came with 2 falafel ,2 tabouli no taste no flavor. Stale baba ghanoush . Barely any quantity. I paid 14+$ with tax for nothing . Water my money. I would not recommend this place . I would not give a single star to this place !!

Great place to come for middle eastern food. I've been coming here for years and it is one of my favorite spots in the area.

It was good for a quick lunch . Not fancy and not much ambience. I had the gyro plate with baba Ghanush and it was good.

The food is subpar, plenty of other Mediterranean food in the area that is way better. They never want to give you extra sauce. The only reason I went there is because it's across the street from my job. The bald man that works there (not sure if he's the owner) is very rude and the reason I'm giving one star. Don't recommend.

I took a wrap. First time that a wrap had so little filling. There was literally more wrap bread than filling. Really?!When I could taste the meat it was good.

Avg Mediterranean food. The babaganoush was really good, but it didn't have enough pita served with it. A pint-sized side came with 1 slice of pita... weird. My gyro was a bit dry but otherwise, the flavor was decent. I would go to try something else.
