Wife and I had lunch here today. Was pretty busy with a mix of shoppers and construction workers. I got the salsa verde plate and wife got the carne wet burrito. They have a salsa bar, which we like, but you ask for chips. Food came out fast and it was tasty. Wife's wet burrito looked great: had red sauce and a lot of pico de gallo on top, which I've never seen before. My salsa verde was well seasoned. Self serve soda machine too. All in all, good choice for lunch.

Great fish tacos at a reasonable price. I picked up dinner on Sunday evening so we could picnic in a park. I am planning on coming back. One note though- It was a balmy 85 degrees outside and quite hot inside near the kitchen. I am wondering if this place has adequate ventilation as the employees have to work through the heat?

Had the crispy tacos. Really good. I like the meat selections. It was perfect. Unfortunately, the enchiladas were okay. I probably will not order the enchiladas again. The sauce had a weird after taste and it was very poorly made which seemed like little effort. I am willing to eat here again but, will be trying other things. Friendly service, clean, quick service, and decent pricing.

I had a plain quesadilla and my husband had a regular size burrito it costs us $28 dollars and it was the worst most bland food I've ever had. The chicken was old in the burrito like beef jerky. I feel so nauseated right now. The good reviews have to be fake.

This place is a "straight-up-ripp-off!" first & last time, i will never eat here again! a friend of mine bragging about how good their burritos are, i come all the way from antioch to go check out what all the ruccis is about, never, ever again! first of all she's not mexican so i should have known better right there, she definitely does not know what good mexican food is! first of all if you order a carne asada burrito where in the hell was the carne asada (meat)? it was all rice, beans and tortilla, as god is my witness, there was absolutely no meat! almost $15 for that nasty cold burrito! they're so lucky, i didn't eat there at the restaurant cuz i would have, it would have been on! i literally unraveled the burrito to see no meat i know she didn't think i said a rice and bean burrito for almost $15.00? i swear i was so pissed off i threw it out the freaking window while my friend was driving & i told her, "don't ever tell me about any place being good because you don't know what good is! That was the nastiest burrito and costly! if i would have thought about yelping them before i threw it out the window i would have posted the damn picture, it wasn't until i got home that another friend of mine asked me what was wrong with me and after explaining to her what had happened, she said,"you should have took a photo and yelped them, a lot good that's going to do me now. if you looking for a great Mexican Restaurant Las Planchitas in Pittsburg on Loveridge and Delta Fair.

The food is amazing!! We have tried multiple items and everything has been delicious. We live in Danville but don't mind the drive to buy good Mexican food. Last night was so our third time visiting this place in the last 8 days. I highly recommend the tacos, burritos, and nachos. I will inquire about catering for my birthday.

The service at Taqueria Extra is always courteous and prompt, whether it's for calling in an order, takeaway, or dining in. The staff goes above and beyond by bringing out a to-go order when I was waiting outside, wiping down the outdoor tables and chairs after a rain, and repeating the order back. As far as the food, it's my favourite chilaquiles in Walnut Creek. Everything I've had so far (the super veggie burrito, carne asada tacos, and shrimp taco) has been wonderful.

Food was horrible I ordered a burrito it didn't have cilantro and onions and also I asked for red sauce and i didn't get any red sauce and i asked for lemon on the side i didn't receive that either. I ordered it on doordash. I regret getting buying food from this restaurant.

I will never eat here again the food was awful, If they can't make a basic taco taste good then you know the rest of the food is not good. I did like the staff they were very nice.

When this place first opened up they were pretty good and a great price for the area. However last couple of times i have been very disappointed . Today I ordered a chicken enchilada and I think I've tasted better frozen ones. I don't know what they season with but it tastes nothing like Mexican food very sour and chicken was tuff. But I just can't get over this nasty flavor. And I love love Mexican food ! It's too bad now I'm hungry because I can't even choke this down.
