Score! Forgot to finish my review from the last time I dined here, but it's been so long that I forgot I've been here before- sorry people, my brain doesn't operate the way it used to! Came here for my son's birthday since he was craving sushi. For appetizers, we chose shishito peppers and edamame both with truffle salt. Toyosu has become a staple for our family whenever we visit Concord. Seriously the best sashimi I've had and it's consistently amazing.I've tried the regular sashimi omakase and premium and it is 100% worth the extra $$ for the chefs choice of Tokyo fish market varieties.The A5 wagyu and uni is the perfect celebration treat if it doesn't break the wallet.The staff that run Toyosu are always over the top helpful, kind and attentive.We love you Toyosu! Actually delicious. We’ve had a lot of sushi in the east bay and this was easily the best takeout - fish was fresh, cuts were generous, and seasoning was interesting and delicious.
