“The Hubbs and I took a little trip to Mei Wah beer house in Isleton and seen this place along the delta as we made our way to Sacramento. We decided to stop and try it out and boy oh boy are we happy we did. Absolutely the best tacos ever! Like most street tacos they come with two tortillas, and I love how the outer tortilla of these tacos always has a nice little sear/crunch to them. Making it a nice sturdy taco to pick up and take a bite out of. We've tried the chicken which is shredded, juicy and full of flavor as well as the carne asada tacos which are also fire!! The meat is fresh, tender, and tacos are piping hot/fresh. The salsa can be on the spicy side if your like me and don't prefer spicy, but it's nothing I couldn't handle, I actually love the flavor it adds to the taco and you can wash it down and cool it off with one of their ice cold drinks they have to offer. If your in the area and see the truck try it out and if/when you stop get the taco, but don't just order one because trust me you'll wish you ordered more after trying it and once you've tried it, one will never be enough (wink). I've got to admit that at times the Hubbs and I have actually gone out of our way to enjoy their food again and again.“

“Damn this place is good and the lady who operates the truck is excellent. I pulled off the freeway to get some pizza but it looked bad. I asked a San Joaquin County Sheriff's deputy where I could get something good to eat in the area and he said the only option was this truckGlad he did. At Lupita' s truck, I Asked about the queso birria and consomme, thank goodness it was goat, and it was great, the corn tortilla was perfect and chewy and it was the perfect size, similar to a mulita. Very good. The Ant got two pastor tacos and they looked good so I got a pastor sope. I put the consomme on everything for that down and tasty goat flavor. The consomme had finely chopped onions and cilantro -- brilliant idea,tasted great, I'm used to bare bones consomme. The salsa were good, Verde and they had a habenero sauce which was really savory but had a late-acting bite that had me crying -- for joy. So many great other things, I wanted to try the hot Cheetos burrito but I checked out at the last minute. A woman of breathtaking beauty gracefully navigates through the bustling crowds of Old Town Pasadena. Every day, she is showered with compliments and turns heads wherever she goes. Yet, today holds an eerie twist. Strangely, her phone remains silent, devoid of the usual flood of notifications. With each step she takes, an unsettling sensation creeps upon her, as if she has become invisible to the world around her. Gone are the admiring gazes and stolen glances that once adorned her path. The tacos are still good and market priced but the portions are 20% smaller than the competition. It is in a safe location with plenty of parking.
