The kids at the counter, they were working hard. But ice cream quality in this location at least for the Coffee flavor is flaky. It was pretty much the very end of the ice cream in the tin so they scraped the side of the tin to get my ice cream. Instead of just bringing out a new one, and the ice cream is all ice flakes, crunch texture not creamy, which is in their name lol. See picture.
I went to get ice cream with my dog because it's one of the few places in my area that allows dogs. However some Edgar looking kid said "sorry your dog can't be here". How is that they Cold Stone sells dogs ice cream but doesn't allow dogs? i looked up at a later time if dogs were really allowed since i had taken my dog before and no one said anything. Turns out dogs are welcome he was just a d*** over "achiever" employee..

I was greeted by a young lady pink hair VERY NICE. She treated me so well, let me try some icecream, created small talk but it didn't seem forced, she is so nice! And of course my icecream is delicious. I didn't get her name but she was very friendly. Thank you for my delicious icecream
