“A couple of weeks ago I stopped by on a Saturday. Met the owner Kevyn and a couple of employees. Super friendly and helpful. And Kevyn's enthusiasm is a joy to be around! The decor is fun, all New Orleans and they carry a few treats from Louisiana too, like traditional pralines and Zapp's New Orleans kettle style potato chips in several flavors. Now onto the Son Balls. They've got sooooo many flavors and they're all created in-house. I tried a number of them and they were all delicious: mango, guava, passion fruit, Pina colada, li hing mui, and watermelon. Next time I'm going to try wedding cake, mojito, creamsicle, candy apple... and maybe dill pickle. :) Anyway, highly recommend. THIS is a small business we need to support! “I ate here for the first time today I had a burrito and my friend had a quesadilla. The food was delicious it had that real authentic Mexican taste &’ and you get a good portion for the price you pay they have good salsas overall everything was amazing. “A bit too small of space but it’s also a positive. The ice cream I had was yummmmy! One scoop is a nice size if your into just having one.. it’s filling. “Banger Gelato/ice cream spot. I loved the unique flavors, the cashier serving us was gracious enough to let us try a bunch of flavors, and although there is limited seating inside, the outdoor seats are a vibe. I opted for the Ube Mochi flavor and the pistachio. The ube was very flavorful, and I did enjoy the mochi bits. For mochi being in a cold dessert, it was surprisingly still really soft! classic flavor, but I've never seen it be done gelato style so this was good! The pistachio is classic and it was just so delicious. Pistachio can be hit or miss for me but this place is definitely a hit. I'll for sure be back!“

“This place has some seriously legit ice cream. It has the texture of soft serve but all the punch of real top notch ice cream. It's smooth, creamy, and very flavorful. I absolute loved the Rice Krispie and fruity pebbles cones--they add the perfect extra punch and crunch to the ice cream. The store is quite small, but the line moves quickly and there is some seating outside. You can get a regular cone, a cup, or a Rice Krispie, fruity pebbles, or cocoa pebbles cone. They also serve a caramelized waffle you can use to scoop your ice cream if you like. Overall I really, really enjoyed this spot. It's some of the best ice cream I've had in a long time. Definitely recommend this while in Los Angeles--it's even worth a drive across the city.“

“I love how they put black bean in the sandwiches and they also have couple of protein options the. Ice creams do taste like real fruit and I am so happy to feed my kids once in a while so they too try other fruit in a different form than at home. Is always crowed and I find it so con. I got the shortcake version which Coke with condensed milk, berry crumble and strawberries. I would like to come back and try their mini pancake plates. We were looking for someone who could provide all the dessert for our wedding, bring us something other than a traditional wedding cake experience, and also bring some extra flair to our big day. Marsha did all that and more. Our cake table was decorated so beautifully! She made the most delicious cupcakes of all different flavors for our guests to enjoy. She even made an ADORABLE cake topper for us that everyone raved about. In addition, Marsha made us a gorgeous, delicious, moist 3 layer cake , and she even was able to bring a ROLLED ICE cart too! People could not get over how cool it was to have rolled ice cream at our wedding, especially because Marsha had extra cupcakes to put in with the ice cream. She was so collaborative, easy to work with, and fun. Everything we asked her to do, she accommodate, often gently giving her sage advice along the way. We could not possibly recommend Marsha any higher than we do. She is absolutely incredible and soooo many people raved about their experience with her at our wedding. 10/10 for everything!!“

“Ive been to Gobi a few times now for a sweet treat after dinner and it never disappoints. The texture of rolled ice cream is different than your traditional scooped ice cream or soft serve, but I love it! It's also cool to be able to watch the workers make your order in front of you. The fruit bowl is my go-to here. I don't know how they do it but all the fruit they put on top is super fresh and delicious every time. Highly recommend this flavor. The soft serve is a nice texture and it's very soft. The milk is a bit too sweet, in my opinion. And you can self serve on several toppings for the soft serve. The taiyaki is very good, just wish that it is a bit more crispy. They give a generous amount of filling inside the taiyaki. Inside is a small place. They only have a bench and a couple of stools. Overall, a great dessert place!“

“Honeymee is sooo good, even for the hefty price it's worth it.I consider $8 for a cup (125ml?) Of ice cream to be hefty because you could get half a pint of high quality gelato for that much. But again, I think it's worth it!The only thing that is a hassle about this location is the parking. It's impossible to just "swing by" to grab Honeymee , expect to pay $5 - $20 for parking.Conclusion, don't drive all the way to this location just for Honeymee. Hope they offer curbside pickup or parking validation in the future.Parking: Terrible parking situation, it's inside a plaza that has no free parking.“

Some friends of mine talked me into giving the location a try. You have so much to choose from. I guess that why the menu can now be pulled up by QR Code. I purchased two 8oz size of chili. A kid size of praline and pecan ice cream and a size bigger of pistachio for the hubby. When I received the bag with the cups of ice cream, they seem a bit small. My pralines was more like a tease due to the kid size. When it said "kid size" that's exactly what it means. The ice cream was good so my advice, go with a pint. The chilli was okay. It taste more like that brick chilli. Very salty and not all that thick. The menu states that crackers for the chili are ten cents each but I figure that must be the fee for extra because they are generous enough to put some in your bag to go along with the chilli. My advice, get it along with some rice to help dilute the saltiness of the chilli. Would I go back? Yes if I wasn't trying to watch my health. If I wasn't as old as I am. Would it hit the spot for a younger crowd? Yes!!! It would!!!“

“You'll miss this place if you're not looking for it. It's a little gem hidden in a big street. They have a fun menu with interesting items like their "j latti" which is shaved ice with soft serve ice cream; it's great. They also have traditional stuff like sundaes, banana splits, and even milkshakes. It's family owned and the owners are cordial. Prices are reasonable and portions are great. My only gripe is that it's a little bit run down and there are only a few benches outside which aren't very well kept. It's still cozy enough especially in the evening.“

“I heard about Jugos Naturales through word of mouth. I decided to pay the establishment a visit. When I entered the restaurant it reminded me about the mom n pop shops aesthetic found in Mexico. Very vibrant colors and many pictures of the food they sell. The two ladies working the establishment were very kind and did not rush us when we looked over the menu. We diced to order a torta that did not disappint, an esquite with Hot Cheeto crumbs that was something new for me but definitely not a regret, a licuado de platano which was delicious, and a bionico that was extremely generous in serving. “This review is solely on the giant donut.... My birthday was last week and I wanted something different from regular ole birthday cake. I remember book marking this place after seeing a BIG donut! When my mom asked me what kind of cake I wanted I requested one of these. It did NOT disappoint. It was freaking delicious!!! Even my husband who isn't a huge donut fan really liked it! He thought it would be dried out and not good. It was so soft and fresh. Mmmmmm Even the leftovers the next morning were scrumptious! (I wrapped it in plastic wrap). The rest of my family enjoyed it too. The chocolate 44 numbers were also tasty so I'm sure the rest of their donuts are great as well. I can't wait to go in store and see what they have.“

I tried the gooey butter cake and coffee with cream and sugar and it was SOOOO GOOD! Personally it is a bit TOO SWEET, however the flavors were definitely appetizing. I would come back!
