Waited in line over 20 minutes to get to the order kiosk. Person comes over the intercom, "I'll be with you in a second". 23 minutes later she comes back to take the order. We could not back out as we had someone behind us. Numerous people did back out that were at the end of the line. Over 55 minutes to get a drink, one employee working and she was slow. Never again. Beans Coffee Company, this is not how you run a business.
I went here for the first time it was the best costumer service, also the black tea I believe it was called also the cinnamon roll it was delicious, I will definitely be returning back 💕💕
