I love the Azada tortas and tacos. Nice employees and friendly. Everything is done made fresh .Parking: Tight parking because it's located at a gas station lot.

Over priced it’s ridiculous, the workers are always either drinking or smoking on the job ver unprofessional! Tortillas sometimes come out uncooked won’t recommend nor going back!

Late night bite. A little pricey, but probably normal now-a-days. Service was prompt, food was incomspicuous. It wasn't loud and in your face. I ordered 8 tacos(4 Tongue, 4 Head) They were good, "fresh". The atmosphere was what you could expect at 12am. Maybe a better location for the food truck. Their food is some of the best I've had in all of Santa Cruz county.. and it's out of a truck!!. You must try the Volcan Burger, Volcan Cheese Fries, and the asada tacos. I would give my left arm for some in a pinch. Haha

This taco truck is amazing!!!! Best tacos ive had in the salinas area by a long shot.Edit: 1 week after I wrote this first review, the Watsonville location is far superior to the Salinas truck, and theres quite a large price difference in Salinas as well its more expensive than Watsonville, I actually dont mind that if it tasted the same. Sadly Ill only do the Watsonville truck now.Kid-friendliness: Made plain tacos for my daughter just meat nothing else and it was perfect just like that.

Super burrito had no avocado or guac but there was cheese, sour cream. As a burrito addict, that hurt my feelings. No chips, but tortilla was great, the rice was perfect, the beans a little undercooked, and only red salsa but it's FIRE. Maybe if the county repaired the water they would be able to soak the beans longer. I should have tried a torta which is their specialty. I'll try them again. Best of the best around the Watsonville area.Home made tortillas.The tacos are delicious, Quesadillas are delicious and that's about everything I've had there so far. But they have a great variety of menu items for it being a food truck. HIGHLY RECOMMEND as a huge taco guy.Mouth watering just thinking about them .
