I often feel enclined to share my positive opinion when there is such an overwhelming amount of dramatic negative reviews. My go to lunch is a double portabello char lettuce wrap, and with the exception of them sometimes forgetting my side of ranch on to go orders, the service and quality are both very consistently good.Sometimes the patties are slightly pink however that holds no bearing on the temperature of the patty ( which certainly reaches 165 degrees on that broiler )....read full review
Disappointing.I was overcharged. I wanted a single cheeseburger with fries and drink. It was $16.00. I reviewed my bill when I got home. I thought I was ordering a combo meal. I said something like don't you have a fries and drink combo? I didn't know the order lingo at the Habit. My mistake I didn't say a #1 . He wrung everything up separately. Wow! I’m from the Sunnyvale, and I came to this location in Watsonville today, customer service by Jennifer was excellent. Just what I expect to get when I go to a fast food restaurant.
