I’m from the Sunnyvale, and I came to this location in Watsonville today, customer service by Jennifer was excellent. Just what I expect to get when I go to a fast food restaurant. Also I have to mention the bathroom was spotless clean . Like I was so comfortable actually in the bathroom. The wall were shiny clean , the sink , the toilet. I was just so happy that I told Jennifer I’m going to leave a review , and give a great review , shout out to the cleaning early AM person . Also the dining room , the self service station. Spotless, this makes me happy and helps me enjoy my meal knowing that , the store is clean . Just know I’m that person’s who sees it all and i always have high expectations.

I often feel enclined to share my positive opinion when there is such an overwhelming amount of dramatic negative reviews. My go to lunch is a double portabello char lettuce wrap, and with the exception of them sometimes forgetting my side of ranch on to go orders, the service and quality are both very consistently good.Sometimes the patties are slightly pink however that holds no bearing on the temperature of the patty ( which certainly reaches 165 degrees on that broiler ). What it does suggest however is that the patties are free from any dyes, like caramel color additives, and are in fact cooked fresh.All in all a great value that's often provided with consistency and efficiency.

Disappointing.I was overcharged. I wanted a single cheeseburger with fries and drink. It was $16.00. I reviewed my bill when I got home. I thought I was ordering a combo meal. I said something like don't you have a fries and drink combo? I didn't know the order lingo at the Habit. My mistake I didn't say a #1 . He wrung everything up separately. Wow! The combination #1 meal is $12.00. Perhaps, it's a new employee? It wasn't busy at all. My burger was sloppy, pickles limp, barely any fresh onion. I order the lettuce on the side, so it wouldn't be cooked, and it was sad looking. I tipped. I ate there. Not good, not going back! No wonder, it's empty. I'm giving the 2 stars, because it was clean and my iced tea, the best part of my meal. Go to In and Out for a fast good burger , go to the California Grill for $16.00 dollar meal that is good.

Dam, who runs this asylum ward? Staff unprofessional and rude. Managers too busy too care, food lacks flavor and not cooked correctly. Never returning. Sadly, McDonalds is a superior product to this.

Delicious burger establishment, with lots if varieties of condiments on the back counter - at no charge! All the soda you can drink with different juices to fill-up also! The smells of char-broiled burgers makes you wanna eat more - With Onion Rings!

We ordered at the kiosk, easy to use. We also get coupons by email. Burger was ok. It was missing flavor. Maybe because I ordered it without cheese, but Im lactose and wasnt in the mood. Maybe a secret sauce would have made the burger taste better. Joe had a double with cheese, he said it tasted good. The order of fries was alright, The Habit in Santa Cruz gives a more generous portion. The dining room is clean, the staff is nice and were able to get the order out pretty fast. I will definately come back and try the onion rings.Parking: Plenty of parking

This is one of my favorite burger places in Watsonville, the char burgers come in a variety. my personal favorites are the Santa Barbara char and the bacon char. The inside is nice but overall the food is great.

The sweet potato fries were extremely overcooked and burnt. I let them know, and they replaced them with equally burnt fries. I let them know the fries were still burnt, and they told me that they needed to be cooked that long to be done. They said they would try to cook them for less time, and thankfully, they came out perfectly on the third try. Not sure why they are cooking the fries for so long and at such a high heat.
