Today around 1130 I bought a white gummy and the woman who worked there was the kindest person I’ve met at Jamba Juice so far very polite. Great energy. made my day better.

A female employee was extremely rude. She declined to provide service several times when I wanted to purchase a smoothie. In one occasion, she indicated that she could not sell me one because she was by herself. In a second occasion, she walked away from cash register when I walked in. I asked if I could buy a smoothie, but she ignored me and walked away. I left the store and returned several days after hoping that I would have a decent customer service. Unfortunately, it was her again. The same result happened. I asked her if I could talk to a manager but she remained silent. I asked if I may have her name to file a complaint and she stated, "No."The best way to describe her is that she is a young, small build female with numerous piercings on her face almost like a bull. You will know her once you interact with her.

I came here nearly a month ago and have not posted a review. I ordered a mango smoothie and it was just as good as I expected on a hot summer afternoon. The staff here was friendly and it was nice to have a brief conversation with them. This place looked clean and I was surprised I was the only one at the time, but it was a Tuesday.

This is more for the guy that handled all those drinks AND orders by himself. He had 6 drinks to make and 3-4 people in line. He handled it really well without the wait being so long!I used the T-Mobile Tuesday which was $4 off this time! Aloha Pineapple yum! (Not every Tuesday), it just so happened that what was the T-Mobile Tuesday reward.

I hate giving a low review because there's a few nice employees in the morning but these new hires gave me a bad experience.. A lady waited in line for 20 minutes to order and they were out of what she wanted. It took so long to get our order in there was only one other customer in front. Employee had their hair long and down, and didn't want to be there. Despite their poor performance the customers were very nice and respectful. Not sure who ruined their day but thier attitude was contagious.The juice was acceptable, but they were out of everything. Strawberries, oat milk, fresh juice and more.

I ALWAYS get the same drink! One day I'll try something different.....YEAH RIGHT Drink (Caribbean Passion), tasty as always Service, FABULOUS! The young man who took my order was GREAT! Friendly and personable and tried to help find the QR code to update my app.The only weird thing was that the store was soooo quiet! It's always weird to walk into a store and there's no muzak or anything.Would still recommend this restaurant for a nice refreshing drink after a day of shopping at the mall

Strolled in here after doing errands and Lee was making magic happen - even if someone called out sick! Appreciated the hustle (3 ppl in front of me) and the assembly line of steps to get the orders out was a sight to see. Keep smiling Lee & rockin that great hair.

went to this location about two weeks ago, employee did not make my mobile order claiming missing ingredients. I left empty handed and was still charged for the order. called the manager, she told me she'd get it resolved and call me, she never calls back. still no refund!

I ordered the blue vanilla swirl. We ordered smalls and she gave upgraded us to mediums for free!! She was so nice. My new go-to Jamba Juice!!

Chris & Brianna (Sunday, April 30) were very patient with my menu questions, considerate, friendly and professional!Credit Card Machine does *not* allow tips to be added, so only cash-tip jar available; I wish I had known that, because their services deserves more than just a 5-star review!

Been going to this location over the years since it's on my commute route. It's sad to say but quality dependent on time of day shift and whomever makes the drink. There's no consistent quality control. I find the morning shift are more friendly than the evening.Also 2 stars because this location enforces one discount per transaction policy more frequently than the other two locations nearby as of 2023. Large smoothie has crept past $9, which is consistent with other locations. So need to take advantage of combining coupons and Jamba Reward discounts as much as possible to continue Jamba smoothie runs. It's harder when this location enforces one discount per transaction to justify the price.Pro tip to not order multiple of same flavor drinks. One time I ordered 2 medium of the same flavor and the server wanted to save time to making 2 batches on one go. End up both drinks did not fill up to brim.
