I ordered food online and they got the order completely wrong. The site has so many glitches that is almost impossible to get the order correct. It tells me it's not available and then I get a delivery with the food that I didn't order.

This place apparently has been here over 10 + years, and I wouldn't have come in here until my associate wanted to come in here. The first day I was here, my impression was wow, like Starbucks but soup, bread and salad. And then the sip club, buffet of self served drink, and coffee. Now I visit almost every day cause where else can you get this kind of deal. I've been here for 4 months and loving it.

This was my third time visiting this place. I had a sandwich and soup which weren't great but not bad either...just a little bland. The cashier was very nice and helpful. I didn't care for the atmosphere. They play some weird, no-name artist music, at unusually loud levels which made for a poor experience.

I placed a delivery order and was short some of the items I ordered. I tried to notify them on line and couldn't get any help. I tried calling them and the phone just rang. Nobody answered the phone. They charged me for items I never received.

I get it gets busy but it is no reason to be rude to the customers, especially when you won't even let them explain that they are picking up an order your app said was ready 10 minutes ago. Food always bomb but employees could be nicer.
This is one of the most run down ghetto and dirty Paneras I’ve ever had the misfortune of visiting. The 90 percent female staff are delusional and paranoid and will make false accusations against you if you’re a single male who tries to make a complaint on them for their incredibly slanderous and combative attitudes. I got kicked out because an unattractive chubby Asian female employee accused me of being a stalker for enjoying the food here daily. The worst part is the assistant general manager sided with her delusions and kicked me out!!!! Clearly everything about this Panera is trash especially the people working in it.

I ordered through mobile and after I picked up my order was wrong. I got one wrong sandwich and one of my half salads was missing toppings. I'm very disappointed because I'm a regular rewards customer and I like ordering from west covina panera, but I also tried calling to let a manager know and as I was waiting on the phone it hung up on me. So I'm unhappy with that.

1/5 stars (1 star for the manager who gave me the refund quickly)Bought food through the app, It was an easy process but the food takes forever even if you order ahead.Picking up was easy but I couldn't help but notice the workers were not focused on their jobs and more on their conversations. It's didn't really bother me as much but what really bothered me was the food health safety here felt non-existent despite having lots of safety containers and tapes to keep food from being contaminated.Continuing on: When I went to give the food I bought to my coworkers, one of the sandwiches which was boxed with a food safety tab and was sealed had long blonde hair in it! It was extremely disappointing and made me think that the rest of the food could also be contaminated.Thankfully I called the manager right away to voice my concern and she easily gave me a refund. This accident although it can happen to anyone encouraged me to not eat at this location till they practice better customer safety standards for their food. Panera please, help this location get better because this was really disappointing and is a health safety issue.
