Hours posted everywhere that they are open till 9pm I showed up at 7:50 doors were closed still had the open sign out, the two ladies working there wouldn't even look up to look at me, even if your new hours is 8pm which you haven't updated on google I was there 10 min before 8! At least have courtesy to come to the door and apologize.

I've been here a few times and they never stick to their hours. I wouldn't make the trip because more than likely they've closed an hour or so early with no notice. It's happened at least twice, unfortunately tonight I'm on the losing side of it.

A small place but tasty burgers we got the KoBE Portobello by BTW and Chick Burger. Tasted awesome!

The burger was quite good, the fries were a respectably-sized portion, unfortunately the shake was very thin and not as desirable. Happy hour 25% off was nice! The service was a little slow, but the worker was amiable.

I would avoid this burger place if you're looking for a fresh burger meal, especially at the prices they charge. Food was not fresh, simple ask of no tomato was too much to ask for I guess, burger came with tomato and bun was stale. Fries were not cooked, not even soggy, just raw.

Honestly, not my favorite place. Everything on the menu sounded good, but I was less than pleased when I tasted it. We ordered the BTW Royale and made it a double with a side of parm fries - since it was highlighted as one of their most popular menu items. They gave us one BTW burger (not with double meat) and then they gave us a completely different burger with bacon - couldn't tell you what it was. The bacon burger wasn't all that bad. We didn't even let the staff know they forgot the extra meat, but they came over with two patties with melted shredded cheese...I'll leave it at that (nice gesture, but it didn't even look appetizing). Sadly, I won't be going back. I noticed it's a chain, so maybe I'll give another location a shot.

I only ordered from here because the grubhub delivery fee and wait time for Shake Shack was outrageous and I really wanted a burger. I wasn't expecting much. What a pleasant surprise! I had their basic cheeseburger and it was SO MUCH better than Shake Shack. Really fresh, tasty ingredients. They need better publicity/marketing. I've been walking past this place for a year and it's the first time I've ordered anything. It's a REALLY GOOD burger.

I tried calling in several times and on the 3rd attempt someone finally answered. I stressed and repeated what I want twice and the girl rushed me off the phone that she understood. I arrived and the girl was just sitting in there eating French fries in the dining room. A few minutes passed and she went into a separate room to get onions for my onion rings. She told me they'd be ready in 3 minutes. Not sure why they were just now making them or why she was just going to get them when she was just chilling eating French fries a few minutes ago. When my order was ready, she didn't say anything. I had to ask if that was my order in her hand. When I checked my order, it was wrong. I asked for a refund. Some people just don't belong in customer service. I went down the street to another spot. I won't be returning.

Weho burger spot on busy Santa Monica Boulevard, with street parking and a small parking lot. I ended up in the area planning to go to Five Guys, which was unexpectedly closed. Since I had already paid my meter I decided to just walk up the street and give this place a try. They have lots of different burgers on their menu. Expect to pay anywhere between $12 and $20 for your typical combo, after tax and tip.I ordered a BTW Royale burger, single patty with American cheese, add grilled onions, lettuce, and their signature sauce. Fell in love at my first bite. The beef was juicy and flavorful, cooked perfectly. The American cheese tasted of high-quality and was melted perfectly between beef, grilled onions, and bun. The lettuce was a large piece that offered the perfect amount of crunch. The bun was a little more dense in texture, with a subtle sweet flavor. It held up quite well, didn't fall apart, and did a good job of absorbing the sauce and juices. They did pretty well with the fries too, I always get mine a little well done no matter where I go. They have a little bit in common with In-N-Out fries, they way they crisp up on the outside, but are a decent amount thicker and have that nice creamy potato inside with a crispy outside. They were tossed in what seemed like a Lawry's seasoning salt, might for just regular salt next time I go. Or maybe I would try their truffle fries next.Overall I'm pleased for a spot that I stumbled upon by chance.

Bring a best friend, bring your immediate family or come solo because nobody else should witness your messy self devouring this burger. I got the BTW Kobe and it is so indulgent. I was pleasantly surprised to discover they have draft beer so had it with a hazy ipa (the other draft option is Stella). It was incredible. You definitely have to try this but please don’t make it a regular part of your diet unless you’re an Olympian. The highlight though was talking to Freddy. He has great energy, is helpful in helping you order and creates a great dining experience. I ate outside. He brought me the food and turned on music for me. I highly recommend trying this place!

By FAR the best Keto burger in Los Angeles. I could eat it everyday. Really good quality meat and ingredients. And when I'm feeling like carbs their truffle fries and sweet potato fries are delicious :)

Burgers for everyone ! I took the BTW Kobe with Gluten free bun and it was delicious . Loveeeee it. My mom took the btw impossible with gluten free bun and vegan cheese and loved it. My niece had the impossible burger with regular cheese and regular bun and really liked it. Service was super friendly and kind. Can’t wait to go back

Their hours are wrong they need to be updated but have to say it's about damn time something new fresh good not greasy (heavy) late night where have they been dude I've been so burnt on fast food come here if you feel this way too it's a bit more expensive but it's worth it . It's fresh delicious good. Come. But shh don't want it to get so congested like the rest of la. Very nice people work here too they went above and beyond to make this memorable.

I was so disappointed with the burgers from this place. The burger was not only RAW (it was supposed to be well done) but they mixed up the buns on each burger so my gluten free bun due to an allergy was on the other burger. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME EATING HERE.
