10/10 for sushi quality. Took my super picky friend here and he said this was the best sushi he's ever had in LA! I will say it's definitely top 3, will be coming back again and again. The service was super quick too and the price was not bad for the quality of the fish.
There are some sushi places where the only things you should order are the Americanized dishes..and then there are others where the fish quality is so good, the authentic options are what you should stick with. Jinpachi is the latter.We tried the yellowtail serrano sashimi, salmon sushi, toro scallion roll, and yellowtail roll, all of which were amazing.
